I have known Jeff and Debbie for 10 years. They recently managed 4 residential transactions for me, 2 of which they closed the sale and the other 2 they sealed the purchase. These 4 transactions averaged within 2 weeks! Jeff and Debbie consistently went beyond the call of duty. The most recent transaction was the purchase of my home that I currently live in. I fell in love with the first of the 4 homes we viewed. Jeff and Debbie made the offer that same evening at which time we discovered there were several cash offers that preceded ours. Through their superb negotiation strategies, the offer was accepted the very next morning and we closed escrow in 3 weeks! I love my doggies and was hoping a doggie door would be installed in the new home prior to moving in. Jeff and Debbie unconditionally offered (I would have never expected nor asked them to) and they jumped in to help me install the door while I was at work! They even added a latch and insulation so the door would close tightly! I highly recommend Jeff and Debbie to represent any sale and/or purchase of your precious homes. Their honesty, kindness, compassion and best practices are just a few business qualities that are very hard to find these days. Thank you for reading my review.

I have known Jeff and Debbie for years, so when it was time to sell our second home in San Tan Valley, AZ there was no choice. From the first walk through they pointed out features to fix in order to make the house more appealing and had contacts to get all of it done. We had a tenant that was in the unit at the time and it was not always easy, but Jeff and Debbie were understanding and accommodating. They offered client portals for us to see if there were viewings and updates on the neighborhood to see if we would need to adjust our approach. Once we had a offer they drew out what the offer would look like to our end game and also included a counter offer. We countered and it was accepted, we were under contract in about 4 days. They kept us posted on the inspection and appraisal as well as when then loan for the buyer was funded. The day of the closing they were reaching out to us to congratulate us, which is awesome seeing how many agents see the transaction as closed and move on. Jeff and Debbie also sent us a follow up email letting us know about the escrow account on our house that we sold and how we should have funds coming back to us from that. Overall if you are looking for someone to show you around or list your house, and truly be honest with you and still care about your interest, Jeff and Debbie are the way to go.

Jeff and Debbie met with us, asked the right questions, then personally took us on tours of numerous houses throughout the East Valley.
