I was ready to upgrade and although the housing market is super crazy he was still was able to find me another beautiful home in my price range in the first week of my search. He felt the house was worth at least 400,000 - 420000. This turned out to be true and even more than that ($430000). He has an excellent team of people that he works with that provided quality repairs and cleanup prior to showing the home. His photographer took quality photos that really showed off the home.
