Jeff and able assistant Laney are just the best. Jeff took us around to visit various communities and homes of interest. He was extremely patient and attuned to our preferences, and he was extremely responsive. With his help we put in an accepted bid on a home, but we changed our minds, and he deftly reversed the transaction and retrieved our deposit. Phew! Thats negotiating skills! Then we found our dream home, thanks to Jeff. It needs renovation. Jeff put us in touch with a design build firm he recommended, and after considering three others, we settled on his choice. He was right all along. So, hes not just a broker. Hes an expert resource, and by the way, just a very agreeable, even keeled, nice guy. Very, very highly recommended!
