Jeff was great from start to finish. We were buying a property in HHI but are primary residence is out of state. It was so helpful for us to get his perspective locally. One listing in particular, looked great in pictures but Jeff was able to educate us on the shortfalls of that property and ultimately guided us to our dream home. Jeff and his team continued to help us after we were under contract but helping us with vendors, getting access to the property for various site visits for insurance, etc. He has full knowledge about the market, area, resources. I'd also add this his right hand, Laney, was incredibly responsive getting back to me at all hours of the day including 2 minutes before she was going to teach a spin class!
