He took care of everything for me and return all of my phone calls. Jeff arrange the lawyer for my closing and give me recommendations for insurance. Jeff has many connections to help with every aspect of buying a home. He made buying a home so enjoyable. I love working with Jeff and recommend him highly. ZillowVERIFIED We don t even know where to start when it comes to our overall experience with Jeff. When we first met Jeff, right off the bat he showed that he cared for us. We could tell right away that Jeff truly wants what s best for his clients, and cares less about the money. My boyfriend and I are first time home buyers, we did not know much about the home buying process, and we were impulsive. We got excited by everything we saw, and were more than willing to overpay just to get whatever we could. Instead of letting us overpay which would totally benefit him, Jeff brought us back to this planet and made sure we were making smart, informed decisions, that were good for our pocket. He cared about US. He used his extensive knowledge to help us make smart decisions when it came to our offers- he actually ended up saving us $5,000. If I can say anything, Jeff knows what he is talking about. Every question that we had, Jeff had an answer- If he didn t, he made sure he had the answer within the hour. I think the thing we liked most about working with Jeff is that he really became our friend in this whole process. We felt like we could go to him with anything. He would call us some days just to say hi. He would ask us to go get dinner or a drink. When we were stressed he would ask to meet and he would address our concerns. Even though we have already closed on our house, we still talk to Jeff. Jeff even went as far as to offer to come help us hang our blinds. We still go to Jeff with questions about home ownership and he has still shown up any time we have had an issue. To sum up this very long review, we will always recommend Jeff to everyone we know. We will never use another realtor as long as we are alive. We hope by writing this review that another home buyer will find Jeff and experience the kindness, patience, and beyond excellent customer service that we were able to experience. We found our dream home, and we found it thanks to Jeff Harris. A quote from Jeff that really sums up who he is and how he treats his clients- I m not leaving any of my clients after closing. ZillowVERIFIED I never leave reviews but in this case I felt the need to. Being a first time buyer can be really new and scary and I feel like an agent is supposed to ease that feeling. In the short time I worked with Jeff I didn t feel like he was taking me serious or any of my ideas as well. I don t know if the homes or what I qualified for is not up to his standards and was basically told that at the price I m looking for I m being unrealistic (in layman terms). As a Hispanic man this is not a feeling I m not unfamiliar with. You want an agent who s going to work for you and I felt like I was working for him. Also he forgot about a scheduled appointment to go see a house! Do your due diligence!

ZillowVERIFIED If we could give Jeff 10 stars we would. He is a great guy and really knows his stuff. I had no idea that he was working behind the scenes for weeks to get us under contract for a house that was pre market. He took us to other houses that were possibilities but ended up getting us under contract for the house that wasnt listed yet, in a hot market, 10k under appraised value. He made sure we asked for the things we needed from the sellers and were comfortable with everything. As 1st time buyers he answered every question and was completely available to us. He offered great advice and kept our needs in mind. He would not let us settle for less than what we needed in a house and fought so hard for us. I honestly dont think we could have found our home or been as financially protected if we hadnt chosen Jeff. He is the only person I will trust when we sell this home!

ZillowVERIFIED As a follow up to my previous review, we have now completed all our transactions (sale of 2 houses and purchase of 1) and Jeff Harris was AMAZING!! First house had full price offer within HOURS of listing and our second house had multiple offers (by the 2nd day of listing) to the point we were overwhelmed. Jeff helped us go through each offer to see what would be best for US. He went above and beyond making follow up calls on them just to make me more comfortable with the offer. He was there every step of the way, calming me down when I needed it, as well as guiding and advising. After dragging him all over the place looking for houses, now I was in constant contact with him asking him a million and one questions about every aspect of each of the 3 transactions he was handling for us. ZillowVERIFIED To simply put things, you cant go wrong if you choose to work with Jeff, great guy, great personality, down to earth and easy to talk to, now all those things are added bonuses because let s admit it, at the end of the day we are most likely buying or selling if we are looking for an agent to work with and the real meat and potatoes of this whole process is more about ones experience, knowledge of the current market, attention to detail and overall just advocating for and representing you in the best way possible. We had some municipal hiccups at the town level that required some extra work as buyers, but Jeff was there the entire time, speaking with us, updating us, even going to town hall with us on a Thursday morning trying to be the squeaky wheel and get some results. With Jeff s suggestion and extra effort, we were able to resolve issues with the town and close the following Wednesday. What I m getting at is Jeff went above and beyond to get us into an amazing new home as soon as possible. I highly recommend Jeff! For us moving forward, know he will be the first number we call should we be in the market to buy or sell in the future.
