ZillowVERIFIED When time came that I had to sell my house in Littleton, it was a very hard decision to make. I had a choice of numerous agents who were both family and friends and all very reputable; but I knew that Jeff Hansen was my best choice. in my neighborhood, Jeff had for years prior, continually left fliers of market activity in the surrounding area of sales and listings. Though many would find this annoying, I kept track of the information and knew that he above any other realtors, knew my specific market. So he was the logical choice.Jeff was excellent from day one when my house went on the market. There was a flurry of activity and offers on my house and he guided me through which ones were the most plausible. I jumped the gun on one offer that wasn't good for my time frame and he he helped me get out of that deal. The next offer came in with another inspection by a zealot that found so many problems that I felt my asking price was going to savaged by other agents and buyers. Jeff held firm and in no time, I got an offer for the same price which closed last May!In conclusion, I highly recommend Jeff Hansen as an agent who Knows the market, works with his clients and above all will not just accept offers that are not in his clients best interests so he can expedite a sale. ZillowVERIFIED We flew in from out of state to find a new home and Jeff cleared his week to spend with us. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the south metro Denver area, like Littleton, Englewood, Lakewood, Highlands Ranch, and Lone Tree. But I was most impressed with his ability to take what he learned each day from our likes and dislikes at each home and further refine his searches so that each next day he was able to present to us homes that more and more closely matched what we were looking for, including things we hadn't even realized we preferred. By the fourth day we had found exactly what we were looking for and years later we still love this home. I don't know if we would have found such a perfect match if we had used a different realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff provided us with lots of lead up information prior to our visit to the Denver area, and was happy to tailor his support to our circumstance, rather than visa-versa. His local knowledge, particularly within the Littleton/Highlands Ranch/Parker area was outstanding and he was able to help sort out the myriad of available neighborhoods quickly. We ended up putting in an offer on a property, and Jeff was able to provide us with detailed comparative market analyses for nearby properties so that we were able to understand the value of the home in the present market. His advice was useful during the negotiations (although I didn't always take it, which he accomodated as well). He was responsive at all times, and provided useful recommendations for other service providers (although, again, I didn't always take his recommendation).
