Jeff was professional and knowledgeable but also expert at managing the listing and sale without pushing beyond comfort level of most sellers and buyers. In short, he was aggressive when needed but backed-off when needed too. I attribute that to his integrity and character as well as his 30+ years as a home seller. This sale was a little more complex because it was a probate sale. He had excellent resources and partnerships with maintenance and estate sale entities who helped ready the property for sale to achieve the maximum value for the estate. I summary, he rightfully earned the highest possible ratings for the listing and sale of our property.

ZillowVERIFIED Fantastic Realtor! I had a great experience using Jeff Gysin as my realtor. Jeff was very knowledgeable about my area, as I am sure other realtors are. However, what set Jeff apart is the personal service, time and energy he spent in getting my house sold, and always being there throughout every step of the process. I needed to paint and install new carpet before I could list my house. I told Jeff the date I was meeting with the painters and he was there, helping me select the most strategic paint color that would make the house show well. When I met with the carpet seller, again, Jeff was there providing his input on what he thought the best carpet type and color was for the money I was going to spend. Jeff had a landscaper come to add some plants and mulch around my property to spruce it up, before we listed on the MLS. Once the house was listed, Jeff called me frequently providing updates/feedback from potential buyers, after each open house and after each and every individual showing he had. When I had questions and called Jeff he would patiently answer my aEURoenervous selleraEUR? questions. If he was unavailable, he would call me back shortly after I left him a message. When my house went into escrow and the buyers inspection report came back the buyer had a few items he wanted repaired/replaced. Again, Jeff handled it. Jeff had an electrician, a plumber, and a termite company at my home to do the work aEUR" and Jeff would meet them there, let them in, and then lock up the house when they finished. Thus, I did not have to take time away from my job! ZillowVERIFIED I agreed to sign a 3 month agreement to both lease and sell my house with Jeff. He chose to market my lease in west side rentals an area i later found out to be the completely wrong type of place to market a house for lease in my location and price rangeJeff took photos that did not do my house justice and he did not video tape the property, Unless i stayed on top of it he didn't do open houses either. He did have members from his agency come view my house and he held a few showings. i found out about the Gas Leak in Porter Ranch that happened in October. I should have been able to lease out my house right away or at the very least for 3 to 4 months.

This was a rather difficult situation where we had to move our Mom from her home of 54 years so there was an unbelievable amount of additional issues and tasks that needed to be accomplished. His advice was right on the money every step of the way. He priced it right, marketed it right and sold it right. He took the initiative to solve innumerable personal matters for our Mom and made what could have been an extremely difficult move very easy. His professionalism and personal touch were remarkable.
