I remember the first house we saw, he sat both my partner and I down?after realizing the house wasn?t a fit?and took the time to literally take notes on the pros and cons of the house. After only a few minutes, Jeff knew the kind of home we were looking for. Each house after that, Jeff allowed us to explore our options while keeping in mind what it was that we were looking for. What I loved the most was the fact that the minute he realized a particular house wasn?t for us, he was looking up other options in the immediate area?and sometimes not so immediate area?and within minutes Jeff would have a list of homes for us to visit. He met with us and gave us suggestions on things that needed to be improved with the house to make it more desirable to potential buyers. Jeff had knowledge of the recently sold homes and the lack of active inventory for our type of house. The house went on the market and we had our first offer within hours and multiple offers within days. Through Jeff?s negotiation skills, he was able to negotiate a sales price for $17,000 more that we listed for! He was very responsive and thorough during the entire process. ZillowVERIFIED Jeff did a tremendous job for me. I was originally looking for a resale so he sent me listings as soon as they became available. There was a vacant house that I was extremely interested in, which was on and off the market. I drove by and saw that the For Sale sign was taken down and called Jeff to find out about it. He told me that it was taken off the market. Jeff went the extra mile and found out the home-owners was living in Florida. Jeff sent a letter to the homeowner inquiring about the house and let him know that I was interested in purchasing. The letter found the homeowner and responded! Jeff was able to find out that the house was coming back on the market. He spoke with the listing agent and we were able to get a head start on the competition. Unfortunately, through no fault of his, I was not able to buy the house. I was thoroughly impressed with Jeff?s initiative and dedication to my cause. He represented me so well that even the listing agent praised Jeff for caring so much about his clients.I eventually turned my attention to find a buildable lot to build my dream home. Jeff sent me several listings to review. Buildable lots in my area required extra work because we had to go to the Pinelands Commission. I didn?t have any idea what this all meant but Jeff researched and made the appropriate calls to get the information needed. He also went to the municipal building to check on the zoning and building codes. He went above and beyond what I expected. I now have a beautiful corner lot to build my dream home.I would absolutely recommend Jeff to anyone that needs real estate help. My wife and I had a pretty good understanding of where we wanted to live, which was in the Ocean Acres area. We also like the quality of the school system, and we love being so close to the beach.Working with Jeff was a pleasure, and he helped us pinpoint the best area for my family and I in Ocean Acres. We provided very specific parameters for what we needed in a new home, and Jeff had no problem delivering multiple options for us in the area. He also made himself available and was very flexible for the demanding schedule required in order to look at the multitude of properties that we wanted to see.Once we found the home we wanted, Jeff did a great job of keeping us up to date and helping us deal with a very difficult seller to say the least.
