ZillowVERIFIED Jeff has assisted us with two home sales in the Knoxville, TN area. He is a long time resident and has excellent knowledge of the area and market. He was very responsive and attentive throughout both the sale of two homes and the purchase of another. His office staff is also very courteous and were very helpful with additional paperwork and filings that were needed during the Covid shutdown. I would recommend him highly.

ZillowVERIFIED From day one, Jeff was professional and virtuous. His knowledge of the local market helped us price our housecompetitively and sell it quickly. He and his team did a great job, and we were able to sell our home in less than 2 days at a great price!

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff was very responsive to our individual needs while we were looking for a possible home out of a rather long list. He knew what was important to each of us and found the perfect location. I am a slow decider, but he was very patient and never made us feel rushed. I would highly recommend him.
