Jeff is ALWAYS available and ALWAYS returns phone calls promptly. He is gracious, patient and knows the real estate business. He and Rachel make a great team with documents returned quickly. Having grown up in the area, he is knowledgeable about the area and honest about how to price property. His percentage is lower than other realtors we have checked out. Having talked to other people in the area he has served, his customer service is the same whether you have a huge commercial property or a small home for sale.
