ZillowVERIFIED We signed on with Jeff through a personal reference from a close friend. This was our second listing of our home and wanted a local realtor. Jeff is very well known and liked within the realtor community, which was obvious from the comments from others that showed the home. Jeff was very responsive to all our concerns. Very knowledgeable about the local market conditions. Jeff was very frank with us about pricing and helped us to take a lot of the emotion out of selling our home. He was very responsive as we were away much of the time it was listed and he cheerfully offered to check on the house in our absence and after every showing. One instance he left a function to let our son into the house when we were away and we forgot that we gave his key for the lock box. Not only did he help our son, but had a nice conversation with him in the process. He was present during a few repair appointments we made while we were out of town. We couldn't have asked for more from a realtor that we now consider a friend.

Jeff went above and beyond to not only assist us with finding and buying a home (often at odd hours, in the rain, and with a bunch of kids in tow), but personally helped us when we were out of town. He made a difficult process quite a bit easier by doing things you would expect from a friend and not a realtor. ZillowVERIFIED We have used Jeff to both buy and sell a house. And, I can tell you in both situations, creative negotiating was needed to complete the sales. He definitely knows what he is doing. He was able to keep the contracts with successful diplomacy. The previous realtor had 2 contracts fall through due to lack of negotiating skills. He knows what is needed to complete the sale, not just capture the offer.
