After discussing in great detail what we were looking for Jeff provided us a multitude of house to met our needs. He went as far as to show houses to us via Skype when great homes came on the market and we could not travel. When we came into town, Jeff maximized his time with us by having up to 12 houses lined up back to back with all of the navigation plugged into his car. He is equally patient with your queries and quibbles. He goes that extra mile to make sure that you are happy with the overall process. More importantly, he does not treat you as a transaction number and has the well being of you and your family at his heart. We had unexpected issues that arose and were not in the area to address them. Jeff had the right contacts to resolve these issues quickly; and some of Jeff's hands on touches really helped. Our selection process covered a few candidates and "what if" situations entered our minds. That thinking quickly eliminated the other candidates. We surely wanted more than a "yes" person and we also wanted one that had "hands on" experience in keeping a house functional. So give him call. We made the right decision.
