ZillowVERIFIED I was trying to sell my house, "By Owner". Jeff happened to stop by and asked me if I would consider hiring him to sell my house. I explained to him that I was going to try and sell it for a couple of weeks and if I didn't have any luck , I would give him a call. He told me that if I had any questions or concerns he would be happy to help me during the time that I was trying to sell it "By Owner". He was not pushy and I actually called him a couple of times to get his advice. He was extremely helpful, however, after a couple of weeks of not getting much response, I decided to hire Jeff. I am 70 years old and have purchased and sold many houses in my lifetime and I have to say that this was the best experience I have ever had with a realtor. Jeff listed the house, and called me at least three times a week to give me updates. He answered my calls or returned them in a timely manner. Jeff sold the house in a matter of 3 weeks. I have never had a sale go so smoothly and without any stress or concern. Jeff was there throughout the entire process and made sure that the closing went very smoothly. I realize that this review might be a little over-the-top, however, I can't stress enough what a pleasure it was doing business with Jeff Cohen. He helped me navigate, provided data that was very informative, and later suggested tools and resources to me that were tailored to my final decision. All in a timely fashion. He came well prepared to our meeting. He spent two hours going through different scenarios and discussed what best options for each taking into consideration a thorough analysis. Prior to our meeting, he called and discussed major points about the selling strategy and kindly asked if I need more time to digest the information. He did not want to rush me. ZillowVERIFIED I had my house listed for sale on Zillow for about 3 weeks with no luck.Jeff called and wanted to list it! I gave him the chance glad I did sold the house in one day. He is very professional, thorough, and keeps you in the loop of what is happening. He had professional pictures taken which were way better at showing what the house looked like than my pictures did. He is learning St. Joseph but I am sure that will not take him long. If you want a realtor that works hard to sell a house he is the one to call.

ZillowVERIFIED I had contacted another realty company first. I called a realty company that does a good deal of TV advertising. I left a message because no one answered the phone when I called and it went to voice mail. About 8 hours later I received a call from a young woman who sounded like she was driving. She was a bit short with me and it seemed more like I was a nuisance to her. Although I did set an appointment to meet her; I later called back and cancelled because she just did not seem like she was a good fit, at least for me. I then called Keller Williams and was put in contact with Jeff Cohen. Jeff was the total opposite of the other realtor. He did not come off like I was interrupting his day. Instead he made me feel like I was the reason he was there speaking to me. I made an appointment and met Jeff and he is quite likeable. His knowledge of the community and home values impressed me and I listed my house with Jeff. Jeff guided me and planned our strategy; and it all paid off. My house sold the first day it went live for more money than it was listed! Through the entire process, Jeff was available when needed, always courteous, willing to listen, never in a hurry to get on with anything else, and easy to work with at all times. I would recommend Jeff to anyone either new to buying and selling houses, or like me; someone who has bought and sold a good many houses. I do recommend Jeff highly.

I interviewed him over the phone and had my best friend meet him with the keys. I loved that he answered all questions thoroughly, he had a very specific action plan, and reported what he would be doing differently from the other agents. He appeared to be very upfront, open, and hardworking. He didn't give off the aEURoeoverly confident car salesman believe me because my company's sales are great feeling, which was good. He was referred to me by a Keller Williams agent in my area who found him through the KW network. Shortly after contacting Jeff and speaking with him about the property, he had viewed the property, taken professional shots of the interior and exterior, priced it competitively, and posted it on Zillow and the MLS. Within days, Jeff had several competitive offers in hand and one weekend later, we accepted an offer that was actually 25% higher than the asking price. I was contacted by Jeff Cohen at Keller Williams and I decided to give it a chance and see what he had to say. We met up and Jeff was very professional and personable and took time to explain the entire process and answer any questions that I had. He did a market study prior to our first meeting and was able to show me what my house was worth and what I could expect to sell it for and had a very nice packet of information for me to review. We met up a second time and went over everything prior to the house going on the market. Jeff was always available to talk and answer my questions throughout the entire process. He called frequently to keep me updated and always explained things in a way that was easy to understand. The house sold in 24 hours. He was very helpful in negotiations after the original offer was accepted. He took time to lay out all of our options and we were able to easily discuss what was the best option based on both of our ideas. I was able to sell the house for what I was originally asking and was impressed with Jeff's ability to do exactly what he told me he was going to do from the first time I met up with him.
