ZillowVERIFIEDJeff was great! We moved from Georgia and had no prior knowledge to the area! Jeff was extremely knowledgeable about Midland and the surroundings areas. Schools were important to us, and he had information about the districts and specific schools within each neighborhood we looked at. He was great at calming out nerves with such a big move! We highly recommend Jeff!

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff did an excellent job in assisting us with the sale of my late parents home. He was sensitive to the emotional issues associated with the sale, provided excellent advise in evaluating the multiple offers received on the home, and professionally steered us through closing in a timely manner. He has my highest recommendation.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff is a very good realtor. He pays attention to what is important to you and your family and narrows the focus to that. He is very knowledgeable of Michigan and areas surrounding Midland which was very helpful. We moved from Cincinnati and were pressed for time to find a home and he bent over backwards to help in every way. Not only would I use him again I would refer all my family and friends to him.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff is great at communicating timely and promptly. He is very flexible and willing to work around your schedule to view homes. He was also knowledgeable and helpful when viewing homes in pointing out things that may not be the best fit so we could find the best home. He was patient and respectful of what I needed, but always prompt in communicating, responding, and getting things done when it worked for me. The photographs he had taken were phenomenal. Overall, I felt guided but not pressured throughout the process, and was very pleased with the sale. I highly recommend working with Jeff.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff was amazing! He worked with our extremely limited schedules and our wide geographic locations. Over the span of our 3 month search process and multiple non accepted offers, Jeff kept us hopefully and worked diligently to find our first home. As first time home buyers, his local knowledge and architectural expertise came in handy. He was honest in competitive offers, pricing, and future repairs.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff was our agent for purchasing a house in Midland. He was very knowledgeable on the area, particularly about flooding. He seemed to have insider knowledge of lesser known facts on houses and their history. He frequently sent us suggestions on houses that were about to list to get a head start. He was always willing to share his research on the value of a house. he was always on time and friendly during showings.

ZillowVERIFIED We used Jeff to purchase a home. He was an okay guy. first issue we had was that He didnt write up the offer like we wanted and it created a issue for us later at closing. then Jeff offered to make it right himself and come back and take care of the issue. First he said he would have it done on day of walk through which he broke his word and gave an excuse on why it wasnt done on the day of the walk through. Then he said he was going to come back a few days later AFTER closing to take care of the issue and of course he broke his word again and never showed up. I texted him and he all of sudden when he was so responsive before prior to the sale he doesnt reply now after the sale. I despise people who say something to get you to take the sale and then dont honor their word and do what they say when there is no longer anything in it for them because its after the sale. This is a deal breaker with me and a sign of low moral character when people do this. so thats ok, when we go to flip the house and sell it, instead of using him to list it we will use someone else. Karma.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff stuck with us. We looked for home for a few months and then decided to wait about a year until we started looking again. He was happy to always answer questions during this time and we built a good relationship. Jeff is really knowledgeable and consistently pointed items out in the homes that we didn?t notice. We did not feel any pressure during the process and he seemed to view homes with a critical eye which helped us end up in the perfect home, and we did!! Highly recommend using Jeff as your Realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED I dont give 5 stars lightly, however, Jeff has earned it. I expected a complicated stressful process needing to sell my Michigan house from out of state. Jeff made the process easy. He made sure the house was being properly maintained on the outside during the hot summer months as well as the AC being set to a reasonable temperature on the inside. Some work needed to be done and Jeff handled it, ALL OF IT. Jeff streamlined the process and made it very pain free. When bumps were hit, as they do in any home sale, Jeff addressed my concerns and assisted in tackling the problems for me. (Really, he did all the hard work). Thank you Jeff, your assistance and service is truly appreciated!

ZillowVERIFIED We have moved many times, and Jeff has easily been the best agent weve worked with. Jeff helped us move from KY to MI during the uncertain time of COVID and made sure everything happened without hiccups. Jeff was on top of every step of the way and it really felt like he was on our side rather than just trying to hurry up and close a deal. We are so thankful we found Jeff and love our new home!

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff really knows his way around the market in Midland. He helped me find the perfect house and for a great price. He had my best interests at heart when looking. To make this more of a challenge he found my ideal home while I was living over 10 hours away and he was very accommodating with showing houses when I was available. I can?t say enough about how kind, compassionate, and professional Jeff was through the whole process. Really a 5 star professional with a heart of gold.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff was quick to respond to our needs and worked well with the relocation provider. We wanted to list our home quickly and Jeff did an awesome job at lining up the photographer and helping us find contractors to assist us with some minor repairs. He always provide us with timely updates and was quick to respond to phone calls and text messages. Even though our house was on the market for a while Jeff was constantly marketing it and setting up open houses. Our house was very similar to other homes on the market and required some updates so it took finding the right buyer to get it sold, Jeff accomplished this task. He is professional, honest, hard working and knowledgeable of the market in the Greater Midland Area. I would highly recommend working with him to sell or purchase your next home.

Jeffs responses to emails, phone calls, and texts was always done in a timely manner. We were moving from out of state so his knowledge about the area, the homes, and even constructions of the homes proved to assist us in our final home purchase decision! Jeff also helped us sell out home two years later when my husband transferred. His expertise for staging the house helped us to reach the sale value we wanted. ZillowVERIFIED We kept Jeff busy for at least six months searching for our new home. House after house. Just when I thought we found it, something else would come up. Eventually, Jeff showed us our truly favorite house. He negotiated with our interest, his priority and got us what we wanted. Then afterwards, we listed our old home with Jeff hoping for a fast sale. We were not disappointed in any way. I couldnt be any more satisfied. He listened to what we wanted and didnt waste our time by showing us houses that didnt meet our requests. Ill be recommending Jeff to anybody and everybody that I hear is looking to buy or sell. No doubt. This guy earned his paycheck for sure.
