Jeff graduated among the top of his class from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and a Masters Degree in Public Accounting. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he was a Senior Associate serving the real estate and insurance industries. Jeff then served as the Director of Portfolio Operations for a Dallas-based investment advisory firm where he furthered his knowledge of real estate and asset valuation. Jeff left to start his own real estate practice servicing real estate sellers, buyers and investors. In 2007, Jeff was elected by the citizens of Frisco to serve on City Council, and in 2009 he was elected as Mayor Pro Tem, a position he currently holds. Jeff also serves on the Board of Directors of the Frisco Education Foundation. Dana graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration, with an emphasis in Marketing from Baylor University and also holds a Series 6 license. She began her career as a personal banker and loan officer and then served as a Fund Services Associate for a large mutual fund before becoming a Marketing Consultant for a large financial services firm. Dana manages all of the marketing aspects of Frisco-Online.com and coordinates all of the organization's charitable and social events.

    Vernon is an outstanding realtor. He made the entire process seamless. He answers his phone on the first ring and no matter how many things Vernon has going on you never feel like you're a burden.     We found Allyson when we inquired on the Cheney website about purchasing an investment property to rent out since the site listed real estate and property management services. Allyson responded very promptly and from that point forward provided a very high level of service. She walked us through the process introducing us to her associates all of whom demonstrated a similar level of service, communication and attention to detail. There was no pressure but just very comfortable support and education through the process. We were able to purchase a property that fit our needs without any significant barriers in the process. We are looking forward to continuing to work with the Cheney Group property management team.
