ZillowVERIFIED My first real estate experience couldnt have been better. I contacted Jeff from one of his signs on one of my neighbors homes and we met the following weekend. We went and looked at a bunch of homes but I ended up wanting a brand new one. He showed me the different brands of builders and we landed on one in Hollister which was a huge house and in my budget. I didnt think that was possible!! Nonetheless he helped us through all the paperwork and made sure we knew of some things that I wouldnt have ever noticed. 10/10 would recommend

Timing is everything every step of the way from showing listings considering your time as well as getting offers in considering deadlines and communicating updates with you. These attributes helped me gain an edge over an offer that was monetarily higher because the listing agent felt more confident to work with us as a team through closing than others less articulate and less professional.

He went to great lengths to ensure the process of buying my first property went as smoothly as possible. I am working full-time and do not have a typical 9-5 job. Most often, I work until midnight or later. This means there were many times that I was unable to travel to the property location. However, Jeff was more than willing to travel to the property and was able to be present wherever and whenever needed.
