ReviewJeff represented me as buyer agent five years ago and found me the perfect house for me at that time. When my needs changed and i decided to sell my house and relocate to Central Florida it was a no-brainer: Jeff was the only agent i called. He advised me on pricing the property and once listed was always responsive even to my dumb questions or ideas. He also represented me as a buyer for my new house in Central Florida working with selling agents and drafting sales contract for various offers i placed for my purchase. Once i went into contract for my new home , He assisted me to achieve successful closings for both properties the same day and everything went smoothly mainly because of his efforts. I will definitely recommend him to anyone no matter if you need to buy or sell a property.

Review Jeff was the consummate professional. I tasked him with selling a home, only a small group of investors would have interest in. The challenges were many. Not only did he find the buyer, but had the tenacity to continue and also lock in a backup contract for the same price. Also, we were getting surprise tax assessments and violation notices, but Jeff kept it smart and professional and stitched a deal together everyone was happy with and got the closing completed 10 days earlier than expected. Needless to say, Jeff Baccari sold this house when many others simply would have tried to let the house sell itself. Thanks Jeff!

Review Jeff has valuable knowledge and sales experience in the neighborhood where my house sold. He was more than willing to guide me through the sales process, making recommendations that ultimately made the transaction a very easy experience for myself and the buyer. I can't say enough about his being there when some critical things had to be accomplished pre-sale. He made it happen. Great communication and great guy to work with. 5 Star rating for Jeff. You'll be happy.

Review Jeff's knowledge of Dania, Dania Beach & Hollywood real estate market is extraordinary. From history, to eateries, neighborhoods & even easiest roads to travel. His knowledge of the whole real estate process from beginning to end was flawless; assisting us with needed addendums & terminology language, that was completely foreign to us. His was always on time, kept in great contact with us throughout the entire process & ALWAYS had a great smile and positive attitude. I can't say enough great words to commend Jeff as a True real Estate Professional. Thanks Jeff

Review Jeff was amazing. Very accessible. Sold our house in 2 weeks after the other realtor could not do it in 6 months. Pictures of the house made a huge difference. He gave us simple tips on what to fix and what not to fix in order to sell the house fast. We always felt he was fighting for us and not just for the sale to proceed. Jeff thank you.

Review Jeff Baccari is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and hard-working. He went above and beyond the call of duty...working late nights, weekends, birthdays, anniversaries... he worked diligently to ensure our house would be sold in a timely manner. Whenever we had any questions, Jeff was just a call or text away. He always kept us updated about the sale of our home. Not only did he keep us well-informed, he maintained communication with the realtor for our future buyers and the realtor in North Florida about the purchase of our new home. He was consistent, firm, and fair. He was always looking out for our best interest. We are so grateful to have him on our side. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jeff Baccari for any real estate buying or selling.

Review Jeff a phenomenal real estate agent. My husband and I were first time home buyers and we have always been skeptical of needing an agent, let alone finding a decent one. Jeff took us out shopping for homes several times before we fell in love with a community. In our quest to find a home, we met many realtors who were unprofessional and slimy. Jeff's personality sets him far ahead from the ones we met. Once the negotiations and contracts began, Jeff was more than helpful when it came to explaining how things went down (again, we were first time home buyers, so we needed a lot of explaining). His communication was flawless and no matter what time of the day it was, he responded quickly. We will definitely use Jeff again and I recommend him to anyone searching for a home.

Review I was a first time home-buyer and Jeff helped me through every step of the process. He was very knowledgeable about the area and extremely professional throughout the process. He was always available to help answer any of my questions. He was also extremely patient with me considering I was new to buying a home and had many questions. He helped guide me in the right direction because I wasn't even sure what I was looking for in a home in the beginning. He pointed out things to look for that I had never considered. I would highly recommend Jeff.

Review We hired Jeff to sell our house in Florida. Jeff came over to our house and discussed the market value with us. He asked what we were planning to list it for and suggested to increase the price because of the value of the other houses in the area. He listed our house when we wanted to start listing it. By the third day, we had several offers, the one we accepted was 7% more than we were asking. Jeff handled the entire transaction including the inspection and personally attended the closing. This being the first house we ever sold, it was comforting to know that Jeff was there with us overseeing the entire transaction.

Review Jeff brought me a full price contract in only 3 weeks! Whatever actions he could take as the selling agent, he was already doing them before I could even suggest them. He's extremely well organized, and follows up on all the details of a real estate transaction. Jeff presents himself well to potential customers, and he is very easy to talk with.
