Not only did he find the buyer, but had the tenacity to continue and also lock in a backup contract for the same price. Also, we were getting surprise tax assessments and violation notices, but Jeff kept it smart and professional and stitched a deal together everyone was happy with and got the closing completed 10 days earlier than expected. Needless to say, Jeff Baccari sold this house when many others simply would have tried to let the house sell itself. Thanks Jeff!
