Our property would be leased by our daughter, husband and two young grandkids presently living Arkansas and moving due to a job transfer. So, the challenge for Jeff was to understand our requirements from an investment point of perspective while also understanding what a young couple with two little ones desired! Quite a challenge! We spent an entire weekend with Jeff looking at over fifteen properties in an effort to understand our overall requirements. Jeff was patient, informative (great market analysis), friendly, always available, patient and a fantastic communicator. For all of us this was our first visit to Mooresville and to fortunate enough work with Jeff was a Blessing! It was awesome to have a trusted person with "boots on the ground" that eventually led us to the right house. His team was also fantastic, working with us scheduling inspections, attorneys, title company, etc. We have purchased ten homes over our lifetime..... and Jeff by far provided absolutely the best Real Estate partner we ever had. The moving process was very stressful (we moved from out of state) and without Jeffs persistence, patience and knowledge I think we would have thrown in the towel. We were very picky buyers but he was always very reassuring and made us a priority. He believes in helping you find the home you were meant to have. Once we were under contract and began dealing with the rest of his team (Alex & Alyssa) the process was refreshingly simple and low stress. They handled everything, and were always helpful and informative. I never had to follow up because they were on top of everything. We also used the mortgage company, attorney, inspector, etc that he referred us to and we were beyond happy with them as well. Jeff provides the full package and only works with the best which for us, made all the difference.
