Not all realtors are the same! I wanted to take this opportunity and share what an incredible experience we had with Susy Cabrera of Jeff Anderson Realty! When selecting someone to sell your property, you want someone with experience not just from a real estate perspective but from a local perspective. Susy sells about 30 properties per year in our area - where the average agent sells 6 per year. Her experience was proven as she handled difficult situations with the utmost professionalism - but with a take no prisoners approach to getting things done under an impossible situation and an impossible timeline. She responds immediately and pulled resources to improve our unit within 3 days of our existing tenants departure. She brought the unit up to speed within 3 days and jumped through every hurdle to ensure our buyer was completely satisfied! She has an infectious enthusiasm and backs that up with integrity. During our home buying search, my partner and I met a lot of pushy, condescending, and "what's in it for me" Realtors. That is until we met Antonella and the wonderful folks at Anderson. We met during an open house and not only were they friendly and welcoming to first time home buyers, they were extremely knowledgeable about properties throughout the Long Beach area. This might come as a shock to some, but it was really difficult to find realtors that were tied in with the community they were selling properties and could help match us with our ideal home. We fell in love with a loft Antonella showed us and helped us find a lender, secure financing, and submit an offer within 3 days of the open house. She worked very hard on our behalf to get our offer accepted, then continued to diligently sheppard us through the process to close within a month. Antonella was our champion - wonderfully communicative and thorough to make sure we had everything in place. She is also a kind and empathetic person that recognizes of how stressful the process can be. My wife and I recently worked with Heather Hays as our buying agent, and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. As we were new to the area and didn't know who to go with, we scoured online and set up initial meetings with two of the top rated real estate groups. It wasn't much of a competition - not only did we immediately click with Heather's warm and bubbly personality, we also felt like we were in very good hands with the Anderson Group overall. Whereas the other agency was givingA us a hard time about wanting to speak with the owner, Jeff was more than willing to hop on a call with us right away to allay any remaining questions and concerns we had. After that it was off to the races, and although our search area was fairly broad across Long Beach, Los Alamitos, and Seal Beach, Heather did an amazing job helping us narrow down our search and hone in on what weA liked and didn't like. She set up as many appointments as we were able to stomach, and we really enjoyed meeting her every Saturday morning for the better part of 2 months to go on tours. Not once did she ever put any pressure on us to make an offer or speed things up, and it wasn't long until we found our dream house. It was the only house we put an offer on, and with her help navigating the competitive bid process, we ended up winning. She then deftly steered us through the loan, escrow, and closing processes, always being super responsive to any question we had (seriously, I don't think any text we've ever sent her has gone unanswered for more than 20 minutes). The best part though of working with Heather is how incredibly helpful she has been with all the other aspects of making a home move-in ready. From finding us a roofer, a chimney repairman, a plumber, a general contractor...and then another contractor when the first one flaked out...she really goes above and beyond to make it as easy as possible to move into your new home. Even ~2.5 months after closing, she is still helping us fix a few issues that have popped up. If you're looking for an agent in the area, you can't do better than Heather and the Anderson Group. We love our house and plan on staying here a long time, but if we do ever need an agent again, absolutely we'll be going back to Heather. Thanks again Heather, Jeff, Torey, and everyone else on the team!

I seldom write reviews, but felt compelled after our experience with Torey and his exceptional team of professions who performed above and beyond our expectations. From the specialized listing of our property with amazing photography and video work to the artistic staging of the home. Even the remote handling of the closing paperwork was painless and seamless. Torey is a meticulous person and will promptly keep you informed of all issues concerning the sale of our home; but what made him invaluable to us was his ability to manage and maintain our home while we were living on the East coast. We inherited this home in Long Beach from our brother who tragically passed this summer. We live in South Carolina, which obviously made settling his estate much more complicated. One of my brothers close friends highly recommended Torey (who sold several homes for his family as well) and we are so grateful he did. Due to our special circumstances and the services performed by Torey, he went well beyond what you would expect from an agent, and without any additional cost. I had a wonderful experience with Heather Hays at Anderson Real Estate Group and highly recommend her and this real estate group. Heather sold our house in Long Beach and then represented us in buying a new house in Granada Hills.Selling our house went really smoothly. Heather guided us through every step of the process, from picking a listing price, arranging a meeting with a wonderful stager from HGTV, setting up the photo session, and then attending the open house (following all Covid protocols). After a couple weeks we had multiple offers over listing and were delighted with this. Heather negotiated well with the buyers through the escrow process and this went super well without any issues.Heather also did a wonderful job in helping us to buy a house in a super competitive environment in the valley. She was patient with us when our first option raised a lot of issues during the inspection and we had to cancel the offer and begin looking again. We soon found our dream house and Heather's tenacity paid off in helping us get into a sold out showing of it, which we ultimately won the house. She again made the escrow process easy and smooth.Heather is such a great real estate agent. She has your back 110%. We found Darin through Zillow when we just started casually looking for homes due to the drop in rates and our availability for a solid down payment. Darin worked with us over the next few months to view homes and was always on time, professional, prepared with Covid-19 safety materials, and ready to reach out with our inquiries.He represents the Anderson Real Estate group and was honest with us about how aggressive the market was and how we could do our best to navigate it. My family and I really enjoyed working with Kelly Costello at Anderson Real Estate. She made the process for our first primary home transparent and smooth. After interviewing a number of agents, Kelly stood out because shed really listened to the needs and requirements and acted quickly to send us personalized prospects.
