ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I had been looking for a home in the Colorado Springs area for a few months in the autumn/winter of 2022 with little success. We had gone through several realtors who had not met our expectations, and we were at the point that we were not very optimistic about the prognosis of finding a home in this area. One evening we came into town from 170 miles away to look at properties, but we found ourselves apparently forgotten or ignored by a realtor we had been using. We were in our hotel room late at night, uncertain of what we were going to do the next day. There was a specific home we were interested in, and we called the Zillow number hoping that they could get us an agent to show us the place the next day. Tiffany Hyden took the call and she agreed to meet us at the listing early the next morning. She was there on time with a smile on her face. That particular home had too many issues, and so Tiffany agreed to show us some other homes in the area. Her pleasant optimism and casual demeanor were a comfortable fit for us. We ended up working with Tiffany and her partner Jed Johnson from Summit Group for the next few months until we found our dream home. Tiffany and Jed never rushed us, and they repeatedly reminded us that their main goal was to get us a house that we absolutely loved. We eventually succeeded, and the experience was very positive in large part due to the culture of Summit Group. These are very upbeat people, and they are in no rush to sell you the first place that comes along. They are extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market and the machinations of buying a home, but I think it was their kind, easy-going attitude that meant the most to us. They made the process fun rather than a chore to be endured. We never felt any sales pressureaEUR"it was more like a journey to find the best home possible for us. We went under contract on one place, but the inspection report was disappointing. Tiffany and Jed had no apprehensions about us backing out. The search resumed without any hesitation. One thing I really appreciated about Tiffany was her vigilant communication. She always promptly responded to my countless texts over a series of months. She went to Eastern Europe to coach ice skating for one week, and I expected Jed to cover the effort while she was gone, but even while over there she was promptly responding to texts during what would have been the middle of her night!! I really appreciated knowing that things were continuing to move forward. Some people might suggest that I have expectations which are too high, but even if this is true, Tiffany and Jed met my expectations. Just as important, I really liked both of them as people. This home search was extremely stressful for us, and their confidence, competence, and pleasant vibe was very comforting during the process. Bottom line: Tiffany, Jed, and the Summit Group are HIGHLY recommended.

I called him and he quickly got back to me with all the research comps of the nearby area. Within only a couple days he had Tonya Nielson and Natalie Johnson stage my home into something you see only in magazines. His team made the house look amazing, had a photographer lined up, advertised it extensively with pictures and video walkthrough. House was on the market within only a few days of the phone call. Andrew Nielson did an amazing job with marketing the house and had an extremely successful open house. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. We had several offers within 48 hours and he negotiated amongst potential buyers to bring selling price up beyond initial asking price along with other inclusions that made the offers even better. We had a few things come up on inspection and Andrew had several contractor conections available with great prices on the work needed.
