ReviewI cannot recommend Jeavon enough. We were first time home buyers who received her contact from another first time home buyer. She walked us through every single step of the process, explaining everything in detail so that we felt confident going to viewings and making an offer. Jeavon also knows a LOT about homes and was able to point out things in the house that may not be up to code. We had an extreme buying experience as our seller was very uncooperative and Jeavon was able to help us communicate with the other realtor and lawyers involved. I never once doubted her. Since I have met Jeavon she has gone above and beyond for me on every occasion including helping a first time landlord get to know the ropes of owning a rental property. She sold me my current house which my wife and I have turned into our home and then sold my rental property and closed deal within 2 weeks from listing! Some people are just good at their jobs and there's other people who are quite simply amazing, Jeavon is quite simply amazing. She took the anxiety of selling a home out of the process and was there at every step along the way including the 10:30PM response time from the buyers. I can't say enough good things about her professionalism and knowledge in her field.

Review Jeavon always made herself available to us for more than 2 years as together we viewed numerous lake communities in search of our dream lake home, which was to be our year-round home. She was with us for the long haul and always encouraged us to wait for the right property. She never minded traveling for sometimes an hour or more each way to a showing, and she spent extensive time with us, pointing out things about properties that demonstrated to us her knowledge and experience.She was also persistent in helping us sell a home during a slow real estate time and over the winter months. She developed a creative way to re-market our home in the late winter which resulted in our home being sold.

Review We hired Jeavon as our Realtor, representing the sellers, in August 2016. We had interviewed three other top Realtors with the area but her experience, sense of ease, professionalism and knowledge of the market made us choose her. She was very responsive to the buyers, represented the property in a great light and did her job well. The showings very great. However, she went way above and beyond her role as a Realtor after we moved out of state a couple weeks into the listing and she dropped by the property at least once a week to ensure that all is well. She kept in touch with us with calls and emails and updating us with strategies and happenings with other listings. After we sold she found plumber, a handyman and a painter, all at a reasonable cost, to remedy the buyers' objections, all taking time from her busy schedule. Her husband even chipped in and replaced all five smoke detectors all over the house which won't stop tripping the wire. She also removed furniture we left for staging and donated them. And she let us know which repairs were necessary and which ones were the results of normal wear and tear and thus respectfully declined to undertake. She negotiated the best price for us and we are glad to have chosen her as our Real Estate Agent. She is smart, super successful, knowledgeable and respectful. She moved us expertly toward a successful close, doing many things behind the scene. I wholeheartedly recommend Jeavon to any sellers looking to get the best negotiated price and also for buyers looking for a great deal. She will fight for you and will go above and beyond to make sure you are more than satisfied.
