They set us up with a financial advisor and got a game plan that helped us get our credit in good standing. Then we went on the hunt. Jeannine sent us everything on our list and by magic, we found the perfect home for us. It had everything we wanted and more. She answered all of our questions and we had a lot. She calmed our anxiety as we were worried about the small details. She assured us that we were on the right track, made sure the home was ready for us and we closed less than 30 days. We saw the home on 1/9 and closed on 2/6 and it was a smooth process. I would recommend anyone to go to them. They really care for their clients.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeannine really helped us with our first home purchase. She offered great insights and was very truthful and honest. She also had very helpful advice. We were close to losing the bidding war on the house and she mentioned writing a letter to the seller on why we like the house. When the seller chose us, she told the agents that it was the letter that I wrote that had her choose us. Without the great idea from Jeannine, we might not have been chosen by the seller.

ZillowVERIFIED Where do I start? Jeannine was incredibly friendly and helpful. She not only had a great grasp on what we wanted, but also the things that we would need. She made the whole process very easy for us as first time home buyers. Everything was almost too easy (at least from the horror stories our friends have told us about their home buying procedures). Not only was she super knowledgeable, she helped us feel comfortable making our first big home purchase. Like I said, it felt WAY too easy and she got us a great deal on our new home. I hope that when we are ready to purchase our next home that Jeannine will be our realtor. She was AMAZING!
