ZillowVERIFIED Jeannine recently helped us find and purchase a condo in Clearwater Beach. Jeannine's knowledge of the market was on display as she worked closely with my wife and I over the long period of time we spent researching our preferred area and making offers based on our evaluation of the listings. Jeannine's work as our agent was essential in getting an offer accepted and working quickly to accommodate remote closing on a shortened schedule.

ZillowVERIFIED She 1st took us to see one of her rental properties, which was beautiful. In chatting with my hubby and I about my medical issues, she then showed us a separate rental property in a different location that has been perfect for me. I am truly grateful for her help in both last, and this winter's rental process. :o)

ZillowVERIFIED I was impressed with Jeannine right from the start. I have bought and sold many properties over the years and Jeannine is one of the most knowledgeable and hard working realtors I have ever worked with. She goes above and beyond what you expect from a realtor to get the property sold quickly and at the best price. She even took time to move furniture, strip wall paper, and paint some walls. I can't say enough good things about Jeannine. If want someone who will give 110% to get your property sold then she is the realtor you should hire.

ZillowVERIFIED My experience working with Jeannine to find and purchase a condo in Florida could not have been better. We pre-selected an extensive list of properties meeting my criteria prior to my arrival in Clearwater Beach. On arrival we spent three days viewing all the properties which then resulted in a short list of three finalists by the end of my stay. Subsequently I proceeded with an offer and Jeannine was very helpful in negotiating and closing the deal. She has extensive knowledge of her market and was extremely responsive throughout the entire process. I have no hesitation in giving her the highest recommendation.

ZillowVERIFIED We first met Jeannine when looking for a gulf front condo to rent. We understood that we were probably a day late and a dollar short to find ANYTHING available, as we were looking on January 1, 2015 to rent in February 2015, but we thought we would give it a shot. After many phone calls and emails to a slew of real estate agents, we had only one person reply.... Jeannine Schaub. Long story short, We were in a beautiful condo in Belleair Beach by January 29th! We immediately fell in love with the area. So, of course, we contacted Jeannine and she went to work for us again, finding THE ABSOLUTELY PERFECT beach front Condo for us, in the price range we specified. After closing she didn't just take her commission and walk out of our life's. She continued to be of great value and help with finding contractors and even helped with recommendations for furniture shopping! If you are looking for a high energy, over and above, willing to go the extra mile... Jeannine Schaub is the agent you are seeking!
