ZillowVERIFIEDJeannine was very helpful trying to help us find a house even though initially we did not have her as a realtor. In other words she did not expect anything from us other than to help us find a house. That is a very good quality to look for in finding an agent. She also was quick to get in the trenches when necessary to get the deal (offer) through. It was Jeannines quickness in getting an offer from us to a seller that helped seal the deal for us.
ZillowVERIFIEDJeannine found my wife's dream house in no time at all. She was very persistent on finding exactly what she wanted. We looked at many listings and the ones she pulled were all perfect, layout became the issue. I would work with her again to buy another home in a heartbeat!!! Thank you Jeannine for all your effects.
ZillowVERIFIEDJeannine was by far the best down to earth agent! She showed us Compassion, along with support. For being a first time home buyer she worked hard to match us to the perfect house and was very honest. She always went above and beyond to find us a new home, especially by making sure the property would allow us to have our horses. Would highly recommend her to anyone !!!!
ZillowVERIFIEDI was very pleased working with Jeannine. She knew the area and got our home sold quickly. She negotiated a great deal for us and was very friendly and knowledgeable during the whole process. She knew we had to sell quickly and she did just that. I would highly recommend her to anyone that asked.
ZillowVERIFIEDJeannine is excellent! Moved from out-of-state and she found a perfect home based on my criteria. I couldn't be happier with the home and the home buying process.
ZillowVERIFIEDJeannine sold my property promptly. She was pleasant and professional. She was knowledgeable about the area and took care of things quickly. I would work with her again.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe were first time home-buyers, and Jeannine made the experience a very positive one for us. She seemed to be ALWAYS available...nights, weekends...And she always got right on any issue that may have arisen. She is friendly and outgoing and was able to answer all of our questions! We knew she was on our side and that gave us much assurance!I would definitely recommend Jeannine for your Real Estate Agent needs!
ZillowVERIFIEDBeing a younger generation (we are 23 & 25 at the time of purchase) and with this fast paced climate, we did a lot of our communication via email and phone. Jeannine was great to adapt to our needs and responsiveness. She was willing to take late night calls and emails due to our work and class schedules, and worked well with the variety of stakeholders to be dealt with during the process of purchasing a home. She was also patient and careful when necessary. Great person to work with and as first time home buyers, we definitely recommend her.
