If you are looking for someone to really be there for you and work with your schedule, she is your agent. We had to constantly see multiple houses in 1 day, at one time seeing 12 in a row, all we did was send her the houses and she made it happen - no questions asked. She never forced something on us and was very accommodating to any properties we wanted to see, even though she probably knew before walking in that it likely wasn't the house for us. She goes out of her way and brings up important factors to consider while deciding on the right fit. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent for their real estate needs especially families with kiddos as she really knew how to work with that added stress, being a mom herself (she was ready for my toddler on our 12 house day trip and was even occupying my toddler while we looked around). I knew of Jeannine LaChance's reputation and expertise as a realtor, particularly in the North County inland area. I also knew when the time came, Jeannine would be the one to sell my mom's home. The experience far exceeded my and my siblings expectations. When we started the process Jeannine met me at the house, let me know all of the fixes and repairs to be considered, and what not to worry about in order to prep the home for sale. She had a network of trades people she coordinated with to perform the jobs quickly and professionally. Jeannine personally facilitated obtaining replacement windows for double pane windows that had failed. Without her expertise, there's no way we would have been able to get the house prepped, on the market, and sold as quickly as we did. Jeannine had to make a serious effort to find what we were looking for that lasted close to a year. She never hesitated and kept looking for us. We had some complicated transaction and she always kept in mind our ultimate goals and came up with very creative ways to meet our financial requirements. We bought our new house then sold our old house.
