I recently had the responsibility of selling my mother's home in Rancho Bernardo. I knew of Jeannine LaChance's reputation and expertise as a realtor, particularly in the North County inland area. I also knew when the time came, Jeannine would be the one to sell my mom's home. The experience far exceeded my and my siblings expectations. When we started the process Jeannine met me at the house, let me know all of the fixes and repairs to be considered, and what not to worry about in order to prep the home for sale. She had a network of trades people she coordinated with to perform the jobs quickly and professionally. Jeannine personally facilitated obtaining replacement windows for double pane windows that had failed. Without her expertise, there's no way we would have been able to get the house prepped, on the market, and sold as quickly as we did. She was in constant contact, explained everything, and kept me updated on what was going on throughout the process. After just 2 days on the market, we received 12 offers and accepted one FAR above asking price, and FAR beyond our expectations! I highly recommend Jeannine LaChance for all things real estate.
