Jeannie was SO hands on for the prep and staging helping us to clean out closets and dressers. I cannot see any other realtor doing this. We could not have gotten the house on the market as fast as we did without her. And she has connections to local contractors to assist with furniture donation, painting, whatever you need. Todd truly is "The Negotiator". This is the man who took down Motley Crue (ask him about that). We had an offer pulled and some septic inspection hassles but Todd was there to guide and consult with expert handling of both situations. This is the team you want.
