Prior to our purchase, we where living very remotely in Alaska and had an interest in NW Montana. Knew nothing of Montana, with no family or friends living in the NW part of Montana to help guide us along.We randomly contacted Jeannette, and Mark, through the Clearwater Montana Real Estate website listing, and talked several times explaining our interest's and needs regarding a future home. All our communications where from the long-distance of Alaska. We talked several times on the telephone with them, emailing an explaining our ideal future home and surrounding living environment. Both Jeannette and Mark where very easy to communicate with, possessing above average reception of our interests. Very insightful, personnel, professional, highly intuitive, honest and very conscientious to deal with on the importance of finding a home 2000-miles away from Alaska.They started to provide us with Montana property information that might meet are past interests, and living styles.The end of July 2016 we sold our home in Alaska, and had enough confidence in Jeannette and Mark to load our household furniture, and personal items, rent a Uhaul and drive down to Montana to look for property. I or my partner have never been to Montana before, yet felt very confident with the long-distance business relationship with Jeannette and Mark in finding the perfect home for us.Once arrived in Montana, Jeannette Car and Mark Smith never wasted our time with a property / home showing that was not of our interest's. Within a 10-day period from relocating from Alaska. Jeannette's and Mark's ability to interpret our personal living interest's, put us on a gorgeous property of our dreams. We purchased the home after being in the Montana area within 10-days. Looking at a total of 3-different homes, prior to our property purchase.
