ZillowVERIFIEDYes, I was very pleased with Jeanne. She knows the market inside and out, which is a plus, of course. More than that, though, she was really responsive and accountable. She didnt just sit on the listing, figuring that some agent in the MLS would sell it, she hustled to sell it herself. Whenever there was to be a showing (by her or some other agent) she informed me about every detail, and after the showing she would give extensive feedback regarding their reactions. This was great, because I hate to be left in the dark wondering... She was easy, and really fun, to work with. We listed the apartment on higher... hoping for the best, but she knew when to reduce it; she wasnt just into a quick sale and commission. She really cared. Highest marks for Jeanne... and having been a Broker for 25 years, Im pretty hard to please!
