ZillowVERIFIEDJeanna was recommended to us by our neighbor. I wish we knew about her before we bought our newer home. She was a breath of trash air compared to our other realtor. She was professional without being distant, knowledgeable, and came to the table with a plan to get our house sold as quickly as possible ( 10 days). She was helpful with went to counter or negotiate items the buyer wanted. I would highly recommend Jeanna. She made selling our home easy.

Her extensive experience with real estate in our area and expertise in market fluctuations made all the difference from listing to closing. From determining a precise market value to advice on showing, Jeanna was there every step of the way. ZillowVERIFIED We had a great experience selling our house with Jeanna. She is very knowledgeable and helpful, quick to respond to messages and phone calls, and very kind and caring through the whole process. She made things as easy as possible for us. Our house had multiple offers within a few days, and ended up selling for more than the asking price. We are so happy with the sale, and highly recommend Jeanna to anyone buying or selling property. Thank you for everything, Jeanna!

ZillowVERIFIED Jeanna sold us our very 1st house 15 years ago after patiently showing us several homes in our price range. Last year when we where ready to move she once again went through the process again showing us several homes with great a t enthusiasm at odd times as we were both working. After finding our perfect home, Jeanna's knowledgeable advice helped stage our old home and set a price that sold it the 1st day we showed it! Highly recommend Jeanna for all your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED I met Jeanna back in 1998 when I was young and overwhelmed with just buying our first home. Jeanna was also starting out, but even back then was so helpful and knowledgeable. She immediately put us at ease and since then has helped my family through the years with our growing real estate needs. I refer everyone I know to Jeanna and they are always so happy with her service!

ZillowVERIFIED Jeanna did such an amazing job as my realtor! This is now the second home transaction I've had with her and she was just as great the second time as she was the first. Unfortunately, I had a long and daunting home buying process because of the market and Jeanna stood by me through it all. She was always there when and where I needed her and she got me an appointment to look at houses within minutes of them popping up on the market. She was patient with me as we looked at one house after another after another, until I found the perfect one! She negotiated fiercely and never questioned any of my wants or needs! I highly recommended Jeanna for any real estate transactions and will definitely use her again if I ever need to!

ZillowVERIFIED Jeanna is excellent! We literally found her by thoroughly researching the highest rated realtors in our area. From the first phone call to closing day she far exceeded our expectations! Jeanna simply did everything with excellence. She was prompt in her communication, an expert in her knowledge and research, compassionate with our elderly parents' needs, and consistently did everything with integrity and excellence. The pics she took of our home were beautiful and the online presence she gave the house was fantastic. Honestly, even the for sale sign in the yard was beautiful. She put equal effort into helping us find and purchase our new home. We felt such peace seeing how hard she was working on our behalf. She made the daunting process of selling and buying so much easier, and throughout the process she was both professional and courteous to all parties involved making us very happy to be in her capable hands.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeanna has been amazing to work with. We found her by reviewing her stats online and were impressed with the number of houses she had sold. She did not disappoint. I love how quick she responds to you and she is very thorough in every detail. There were 3 of us siblings working from out of state on selling our mothers house, and she stayed in contact with all 3 of us. We could not be happier with her services and the speed at which she sold the house. She is warm, friendly, and a aEURoemake it happenaEUR? person. I cannot recommend her highly enough. ZillowVERIFIED While this was my first time working with Jeanna, this was my partners third time. When it came to purchasing our home together, there was never any question about who our buyers agent would be. I had already heard wonderful things about her industry expertise and her willingness to go to bat for her clients. Meeting her and seeing her in action exceeded my already high expectations. I cant recommend her enough. In this competitive market, clients really need someone like Jeanna and her team to get the deal done quickly. You will not be disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED She inspected my home and told me her estimate of its value and indicated with a few minor improvements I could ask a bit more. She called the next day and indicated a property down the street had sold and appraised for substantially more. We revised the asking price and sold it for that amount. Buyer was obtaining a first time buyer assistance from the state. She kept me apprised of the status although it was a lengthy process. She worked w/lender and it has closed. Very happy w/my experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeanna is an outstanding agent. She worked with me for over two months before I was able to list my home. She was there to answer all my questions prior to and after the listing of my home. And after listing with her, my home was sold in basically one day. We had to quickly prepare our home for sale and then chase down a house to buy that our family fell in love with. The experience was top notch. She was always one step ahead. Answering questions and concerns, day in and day out. Her assistant, Sheila, was right by our side as well. Jeanna made every hard part of this market seem like an obstacle we could overcome. ZillowVERIFIED Jeanna is warm, friendly and an amazing real estate professional. She is very easy to work, addresses concerns, and very through in providing detail information to help make the selling process easy for everyone. She has a keen eye in showcasing the attributes of a house and its surrounding neighborhoods to improve the marketability of the property. Jeanna sold my 106 year-old house near downtown Flint within 48 hours of listing and above the asking price. I strongly recommend Jeanna to handle your real estate needs. She will exceed your expectations like she did with me and my neighbor who has used her to sell their family properties for past 20 years.
