ZillowVERIFIED Jeanine did an outstanding job with the sale of our parents' house. Her recommendations on preparations before the sale and connections to various companies that provided services were invaluable. She has an eye for details and communicates directly and honestly. Jeanine was able to get us the best possible price for the property and walked us through every step of the process with knowledge, compassion, and positive energy.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeanine did a fantastic job selling our property. We had the listing with another company for 8 months with very little showings and no offers. Jeanine listed our property and had an offer in 4 days and closed in 2 weeks. The right realtor really does make a difference. I would highly recommend Jeanine if you are looking for a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeanine made the otherwise sad and difficult process of selling our deceased parents' home absolutely seamless for us. She exuded confidence, decisiveness and reassurance, so we knew we were in good hands right from the start. The property sold in eight days!

ZillowVERIFIED Jeanine was absolutely fantastic. I was a first time seller and she made me feel comfortable with the whole process. I was able to text her anytime and she was always available to answer any questions that I had. She did research on similar properties, and what they recently sold for, in order to help me decide on the best selling price. She assisted me with making smart decisions during the negotiation process, which allowed me to get the quick sale for a great price that I wanted. I look forward to working with her in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeanine was outstanding in helping me through the entire process of selling my family home. She was extremely familiar with many local companies that were able to assist at different times. As well, she understood the sensitivity of what I was going through. ZillowVERIFIED I can't say enough good things about Shannon and the McVicker team. I have worked with Shannon for almost two years looking at more houses than I can count trying to find that perfect house that checks all the check boxes. She has a "hawk eye" for picking out flaws/defects in houses that even a contractor wouldn't find. Just when I thought all hopes of finding a house were lost, she found me my new construction dream house that popped up. Working with her from the beginning to the end of the process was a delight and not to mention her knowledge of the real estate industry and professionalism. 5 stars. Brad

ZillowVERIFIED Jeanine is amazing! She went above and beyond to close our deal. Her knowledge of the market and negotiation skills are phenomenal. We had some issues that were out of our control and hers, but she stepped in to pick up the slack of a buyers agent and get our deal closed. Jeanine's communication was outstanding. Her advice as we navigated the process was much appreciated. We felt well taken care of. Whether you are buying or selling, you will not regret having Jeanine as your agent. Extremely pleased with our results!

ZillowVERIFIED Jeanine sold us our first home back in 2007. We had since bought another and turned the original into a rental. When we decided we no longer wanted to be landlords, we contacted Jeanine about selling. We hit a few bumps along the way, but Jeanine was always available to get us back on track and let us know how to get things done. We listed our home Friday and were under contract by Tuesday! Our settlement was seemless. If you need a realtor, look no further.

ZillowVERIFIED We moved to the area from out-of-state and we could not have asked for a better agent to assist us with our home search. Shannon was super communicative, gave great advice, and her knowledge of the area and housing types was simply indispensable to us as newcomers. She went above and beyond by helping to streamline communication with our lender, providing us with a list of local insurance agents, connecting us with the different utilities providers, etc. Thanks to Shannon, our move was seamless, stress-free, and we could not be happier with our new home.

ZillowVERIFIED This was an unexpected need and we picked Jeanine because of her rating. We are not disappointed. She walked us through the listing/selling process. She always provided explanation of each submitted contract, always available for additional questions, and never insistent on a particular buyer. When it came time for settlement, even though there were unexpected bumps, she was constantly in communication with us, walking us through the next steps. I absolutely loved that she used the electronic signature process. This made signing documents before settlement so much more efficient. Never any worries about causing delays because of previously scheduled vacations. Thank you for doing what you do best!

ZillowVERIFIED We chose Jeanine to help us sell our home because of her fantastic reputation in the local real estate industry, and she certainly lived up to her name. She was very responsive to our motivation to sell. She looked out for our fiscal wellbeing when she made recommendations on what to do (or not do) to prepare for putting the house on the market. She was quick to organize all that needed to be done to have the house listed, which occurred on a Thursday evening. By Sunday, we had a contract for more than the listing price. When the time came for her to advocate for us, she did so as an assertive professional, and the outcome followed suit. She made what could have been a stressful experience, an easy one. We would recommend her without question.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeanine explained the process of selling our home clearly and simply from our first meeting. She told us what fees and costs to expect through the process. She didn't want us to have any surprises that she could prevent by painting an accurate picture of the process. Jeanine is one hard worker! She answered our questions at all hours (and asked them, too) to keep the process moving forward. She fought to overcome any obstacles and barriers to selling our house. And all along she was pleasant and even humorous. I would recommend her to a friend!

ZillowVERIFIED We had several proposals after only a few days and were under contract in less than a week. Jeanine's experience and expertise had our property properly priced and listed to spur maximum interest. We were pleased with her knowledge of and responsiveness to relavent issues. She kept us well informed of events during the process up to and including settlement. This was the third property we sold in the last seven years and was by far the smoothest and and easiest experience. If we had more properties to sell we would definitely list them with Jeanine.
