ZillowVERIFIED This review will be split into 2 sections. The first is the short and the second is the long. Short: Sign her as your agent, no questions asked. Buying or selling. Really, it is that simple. But in case you had questions I will back up the above statement below. I met Jeanine when I was first buying a home, I contacted her and told her what I was looking for. I had worked with other agents, but when I told them what I wanted, what I was looking for and my price range I ended up spending 6 hours looking at properties that didn't meet my needs, my price range or both. Then I went out on a weekend trip with Jeanine. After 4 hours of seeing multiple homes that fit everything I needed within the price range specified I spent 2 days and decided on a home. I was a first time buyer and she walked me through EVERYTHING. I never worried or stressed and when I had a question she always had an answer. It went better than I could have ever expected. Fast forward 5 years when I needed to move for a job opportunity. I wanted to sell and approached her again. Not only was she promoting my home much more than expected, she would come often to take wonderful pictures, make recommendations for staging and just cared about my situation and was always there to lend a hand. She is the pinnacle of what you really want in an agent. Informative, helpful, passionate, knowledgeable, and understanding. Any suggestions she made was not to make me bend over backwards to sell, but the help me sell and she backed that up with information on why it made a difference. She helped walk me through a swamp of information, processes and steps to make it as stress-less as possible. She was always a phone call or a text away, and I felt bad bothering her on weekends or holidays but she was always there, receptive and attentive. I can't talk to about other agents as I haven't worked with too many, but what I can tell you is this: If you choose not to work with her, you are missing out on working with a true professional that is also an amazing person. I can say with 100% confidence that even though this is how she makes a living, she cares more about you and your needs over her commission check and I think that is rare and extremely refreshing. Call her up, and talk with her. It won't take longer than 2 minutes to know you found "your agent".

She was full of energy and a wealth of knowledge of so much more than just what the place featured.I am a first time home buyer and She walked me through each and every step explaining it to me in a "language" that us lay people can understand. She was very quick to return a call or email and always a pleasant demur. She briefed me on what to expect in the coming weeks what questions to ask what be on the look out for etc. With out her I would have been totally LOST! ZillowVERIFIED Jeanine is professional, committed and genuine. She was always there to answer all our questions and put us at ease throughout this process. Our home sale was not the typical smooth going or uneventful one and we were lucky to have Jeanine. We went with her suggestion of being proactive to have a Septic survey done. Good thing because we did have to replace the system. This way buyers knew up front. We got a full price offer in 3 days too. There were trying times through the process but Jeanine had great communication with the Buyers agent who in turn communicated back to her buyers to answer all their questions. This made reassurances easier to move forward to settlement. Believe me, Jeanine was the perfect bridge between us and the buyers to get issues resolved when others were slow to react on items needing resolution. All in all, the experience of selling a home with issues was stressful but Jeanine did her best to keep that to a minimum for us. We are very happy she hung in there with us. She knows her selling area and the market extremely well and that is why we picked her. Now we also know she can hang in there with the aEURoeBig DogsaEUR? when it comes to the tough stuff.

She is extremely professional, and took great care in helping me to stage my home in a way that it would sell as quickly as possible during a time when many similar homes in my neighborhood had been up for sale for months without moving. It was during a time when the bottom had fallen out of the sales market, and due to those unforeseen circumstances, I was concerned that the property would not sell. Jeanine helped calm my fears, and guided me through the process, doing her best to ensure my home would shine above the others for prospective buyers. As a result, it did sell within 6 weeks, while others on the market for months before remained for sale. In addition to her professionalism, Jeanine is personable and truly cares about doing the right thing for her clients, a characteristic far too rare in today's world. ZillowVERIFIED Are you looking for a home? Don't want to go through 200 listing that don't fit your criteria from agents who deal in quantity and not quality? Then you MUST give Jeanine Lamb a call. My wife and I are about to close on our first house and have been looking for years. We have dealt with many agents who didn't care enough to check for listings that didn't have our basic requirements. Simple things like, "Must have 2.5 bathrooms". We used to get listing for 1 bathroom from other agents that seemed like they didn't care. We came upon Jeanine after finding interesting properties in the Landenberg area by clicking her name in Zillow to ask about a property. It was by far one of the most valuable clicks I have ever made on the internet. Not only did she ask us a ton of questions to find the best listings for us, she also suggested properties that met our bare minimum but included things we were not really thinking about. What that culminated in was a day of seeing houses that fit what our idea of a perfect home was. She was beyond professional, and we were able to see 7 houses that fit our requirements smoothly in a half day on the weekend. We went out with her 2 times and found the house we loved. Not many can say that about the house hunt and believe me it wasn't luck it was her attention to detail and listening to us. She also is so knowledgeable about the area and the properties and the home buying process that even I who was so nervous about the process found every step to be fun and exciting rather than stressful and tiring. As far as service goes she went above and beyond at every step. Seriously, how often can you call your agent 10:30 at night on an idle Tuesday when you have questions, and not only do they answer but they spend half an hour quelling your fears and answering your questions. She also made amazing recommendations about who to call for home inspection, lending etc... Her recommendations were not from the idea of lining her friends pockets but of providing the best experience and the highest quality to her clients. We plan on being in this house for a long time, which is sad because working with Jeanine just made this such a positive enjoyable process we hate that we won't be working with her for some time. So, in closing anyone who is looking for a house, that wants an agent that has their focus on your future and not your wallet, on your happiness and not their convenience, on your idea of a home and not what they have to get off the market it is a MUST that you call her. She was our real estate agent when we first spoke, but you will see in her professionalism, the attention she pays to your dream, and the amount she cares that when the process is all over, you didn't have an agent helping you, you had a friend the whole way.
