ZillowVERIFIED I don't often write reviews but I think people interested in moving to the St. Cloud area or the community of Harmony will find this review helpful. When I moved to this area for work I decided to rent a home in Harmony because it is such a nice neighborhood, especially for families. It has safe sidewalk access to elementary, middle, and high school. Neighbors are friendly, and the atmosphere is peaceful. While I was renting I was looking to buy a house in the same neighborhood and I used multiple realtors, before deciding to work with Jeanine Corcoran. I found her to be the best Realtor for a number of reasons. Firstly, she has lived and worked as a real estate agent in the area for quite some time and is extremely familiar with it. Secondly, she had the most listings in the area, and this is important not to just see several homes, but also (in my opinion) because if your selling agent and you're buying agent are the same person, you have more potential flexibility when negotiating the price. And lastly, Jeanine was not just friendly but also patient with me, she showed me several homes and I was quite picky. She worked at my pace and delivered what I wanted. I ended up with a Home that I am very happy with, the nicest home I've ever owned in the best neighborhood I've ever lived in. If you're interested in moving to the St. Cloud or Harmony area I would advise you give Corcoran Connect the chance to show you around, I think you will be as satisfied as I am. P.S. On our first day in Florida, as we were driving from our hotel to perform the walk through on our new home, we were involved in a horrific car wreck. It was a very stressful time and to make the situation ever more stressful, we could not be present for the build. Jeanine, weekly, went and video taped the construction and sent it to me. We spoke at least once a week. Jeanine met with the builder as well. The day that we were to close, the mortgage company "forgot" one item and told me that if I did not complete it, we would not close that day. In addition, the house had some construction issues that were not previously identified by the builder. It was a nightmare! But, there was Jeanine, jumping right in! Jeanine used her expertise in negotiation skills, went right to work. Jeanine advocated for me and "had my back" through this situation. We spent hours together that day, waiting to close. Even after closing, Jeanine continues to be a resource and support for us as we move and establish ourselves in our new home and community. As an aside, I have met several residents who purchased their homes with the support of Jeanine and the Corcoran Connection. They all recall the same positive experiences. ZillowVERIFIED Jeanine was recommended to me when I decided I need to move to Florida after 13 years of marriage had ended, and I 5 kids to take care on my own. I didn't know where to even begin looking to live, or how to go about financing, or even if I could move within 3 months, or needed to wait until the following year. I told Jeanine straight up that I was in a sea of questions, and had almost no answers, so I would most likely be a very high maintenance client. I waited for her to tell me I would be a better match with another realtor, but she took me on, and really was very pleasant about it. She really earned her commission on this one! The financing company was really unwilling to communicate effectively, and were not very respectful most of the time, so i would often have to ask Jeanine to jump in, and she did... whatever she did in the background got things done, though! She spent all day with me in Harmony looking for houses, and finding out my best options for my situation. She has a great personality, is really funny, and is on-point when it comes to her job. She's a "get things done" person, but is very kind and respectful, and fair. I told her I appreciated she wasn't pushing me to get bigger house, and she said, "No, I couldn't be that way... some realtors might, but I hope I never put someone in the position of regretting the home they buy after it's all said and done. I want you to be comfortable with everything about it." I thought that spoke volumes. Jeanine also stocked my fridge and pantry, which was a HUGE help because my five young girls were starving when we arrived, and we had no restaurants open at the time. It was so thoughtful of Jeanine, and a life save for us. We also received a cute, yard game, that was personalized with, "You're Not in Kansas Anymore." Very sweet. I would highly recommend using her from an "every day" job, to the more expensive jobs out there.. She knows her stuff, her clients, her community, and her values. She's hard to beat!
