ZillowVERIFIEDJeanee is absolutely wonderful! She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and straightforward. My husband and I ran into several unusual and frustrating situations in our buying and selling process and Jeanee did an amazing job helping us navigate them and advocating on our behalf. We could not recommend her more!

ZillowVERIFIED We worked on finding my first home for several years. Over that period of time I never felt I was being rushed. She offered advice that always seemed to be in my best interest. She was responsive when I had questions. Jeanee made buying my first home less stressful than I originally expected. I would recommend her to anyone I know looking for an agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeanee was amazing to work with! She drove us all around three different counties to look at houses! We were from the UP and looking at houses had to be planned out with our limited time schedule and she never failed us! We recommend her to everyone!

ZillowVERIFIED Jeanee is easy to work with. She is honest and thorough in her assessment of property, providing factual information to back up her findings. Due to her diligence, my mother's home/property sold within 4 days of listing. She is prompt returning e-mails, phone calls and keeping appointments. She worked well with my elderly mother, explaining the paperwork and process. She even brought the closer to my mother's assisted living facility to sign the final papers. My mother was apprehensive about the whole process of selling her home, but Jeanee put her at ease. My mother stated that it was much easier than she thought it would be and praised Jeanee for her professionalism.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeanee was very thorough when reviewing what we were looking for in a new home. She was quick to find new listings that we might be interested in. The house we bought was only on the market for one day when Jeanee told us about it and then showed it to us the next day. Great to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED Even though my house was for sale by owner, Jeanee Gilson treated me like a professional when she would bring a client through my home or when she brought an offer to me. She works hard for her client and is EXTREMELY knowledgable!
