ZillowVERIFIEDJeana is an absolute gem of a human being! Her patience, persistence and resilience in helping me secure the right home for me is deeply appreciated. Her ability to dig into the history of a property is mind-blowing and helps you to recognize all the parts of a home and town that you are buying into. She has fabulous interpersonal skills as well, and helps negotiate what you want, with every party that is involved in a property purchase. You will be ecstatic that you chose Jeana and got to know her, because she is 110% there for you, kicking a- and taking names. Thank you Jeana!!!
ZillowVERIFIEDJeana is a "top tier" veteran realtor! She gracefully handled every aspect of the sale & purchase of our lake house and the purchase of our new house. It's a crazy market, everything moved so fast (sold in less than a week with multiple offers) and she never seemed flustered. We were amazed how cool and collected she was about everything- nothing phased her- she was always on the ball! She went way above and beyond what a typical agent does for their client (replacing our shed door, for example.) I can't say enough things about how great she was to work with! We were lucky to find her!
ZillowVERIFIEDJeana understood our needs and wants out of the gate and focused our home search perfectly. We were in from out of town and she pressed on other agents to make sure we could see our prioritized listings in a short period of time. Jeana responds to emails and texts immediately, has knowledge of resources (e.g., lenders, inspectors) that are invaluable, and is always upbeat.
ZillowVERIFIEDJeana was an absolute pleasure to work with during and after the purchase of our home. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for property in the Northeast region.
ZillowVERIFIEDJeana was the consummate professional throughout the whole sales process for us. She knew the market and the area very well. All of her advise was spot on and she was very responsive at all times. Closing was easy and well coordinated. We couldn't have had a better experience.
ZillowVERIFIEDJeana was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout our buying experience! It was something we weren't too sure about doing, but stumbled upon the right house and she was quick to jump in and lead the way on every step! She is such a lovely person and answered any questions we had immediately, making us feel like the only client and that she cared - and she did care and still does care! She makes every effort to help the home buyer and is the most professional when working with others. We would highly recommend Jeana to anyone :)
ZillowVERIFIEDJeana was a pleasure to work with. Incredibly competent and confident in negotiating for us. She is extremely responsive and makes the house buying process a breeze. We moved from out of state and she provided us with lists of reputable contacts (inspectors, mortgage lenders, etc.). She treated us like family friends and not like a commission check. We are only disappointed that we may not work with her again because SHE FOUND US OUR FOREVER HOME!
ZillowVERIFIEDI cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Jeana Jordan. My husband and I are not experienced home buyers and Jeana was able to make the process simple. She made it clear from day one that she cared about our specific needs and was on our team. There was never a moment where we felt our best interests were not her first priority. Jeana was incredibly knowledgeable about the market and guided us on when and how to make the best move. She also has a network of contacts that made it easy to choose inspectors for all the systems we needed checked in our new home. It was so nice to work with someone who was open and honest with us. I highly recommend Jeana Jordan. You cannot go wrong with Jeana on your team.
ZillowVERIFIEDJeana helped me buy my first home, put me in touch with all the contacts and guided me throughout the entire process. Jeana went above and beyond and made all the steps feel easy. I trust and highly recommend Jeana.
ZillowVERIFIEDJeana is the ultimate professional. Her personalized service makes you feel like you are her only client. She was very mindful of my time and schedule and made the most of our time together. She is very intuitive and was able to tailor properties to my specifications. Throughout the home purchasing process she had my back at every turn and responded immediately when I texted her with questions. She followed through on every single thing she said she would do. She advocated for me and saved me $500 at the closing that the title company had missed. She researched all of the utilities for my new home and forwarded all of the phone numbers making changeover of utilities a breeze. Jeana is so personable it is unbelievably comfortable working with her. I entered the home buying journey with Jeana as a client and have exited having found a new friend.

ZillowVERIFIEDI wish I could give Jeana 10 stars. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with all around. Very knowledgeable, personable and went out of her way to make our transaction go as smooth as possible. Highly recommended!!!!!!!!
ZillowVERIFIEDMy husband and I were first time homebuyers. We were very inexperienced and unsure of what we wanted in a home. Jeana was an absolute professional. We had a time constraint and were very particular about our needs in the home as we had two babies. Jeana spent countless hours with us looking at homes that could be our potential future forever house. She had compassion, experience, and empathy when I can to our needs. We were not easy as we continued to change our budget and needs the more we looked. She never lost her composure or patience with us. We needed a home that was safe, comfortable, but also something that we could be proud of. Jeana took the time to listen to us and our needs with school districts, safety, curb appeal, and one that fit our personal interests. She worked around the clock to find listings and spent hours of her time looking at dozens of homes over a course of a month. While looking at homes she even helped us by watching the babies so we could tour the house together easier. When we finally found our dream home she did everything she could to make it a smooth transition for us. She gave us advice on closing costs, comparables, requests from the sellers, and more. Finally closing day she gave us beautiful welcome home gifts, including a truck for my son that he, to this day, has not put down. Real estate for Jeana is something she is passionate about and it is very apparent if you have the pleasure to work with her. Her desire to help and enjoyment in what she does made us friends over the process. She enjoys the clients and makes home buying and easy experience even for the novice! I would 100 times over recommend her as an agent and will use her experience again if I ever leave this home. The only negative for her I would say is she did such a great job finding us the perfect home we will probably never leave!!
ZillowVERIFIEDIf you are looking for an honest and knowledgeable realtor Jeana is for you. There are no gimmicks or games. I couldn't beleive how quickly she was able to get answers. Her follow through is amazing. She helped my wife and I find exactly what we needed. I highly recommend working with her. She wont let you down.
