ZillowVERIFIED Shoaee's team is the best I have ever see. Managed to push forward and nail down contract for very complicated case even when buyer running into unexpected situation. Our contract stuck as buyer's buyer backed off (our buyer has to sell his house to buy my house. Unfortunately his buyer failed to complete the transaction). Jean worked out another detailed contract which allows our buyer to rent my house before he can find another buyer. The contract was well written by Jean which protects me and our buyer by defining the deposit, rent and time line for buyer to close. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

ZillowVERIFIED We had the best experience with Jean and Julie! He knew exactly what we wanted and we never felt rushed! He was patient with each house showing and even gave some input as to why we would want the house we looked at. He knew the area extremely well and when we brought up suggestions of houses we wanted to look at he knew which ones we shouldn't look at just because of the area. He we most helpful when we placed an offer in on a house. The offer was accepted and then 2 weeks later the seller backed out. Jean quickly went into action because a seller is not allowed to back out legally. He suggested that instead of sueing the seller we just ask for an amount of settlement money. In the end we received $2,000 dollars from the seller for illegally backing out of the sell. When we decided to contract and build Jean was there every step of the way ensuring that we got every best deal from the builder. Julie even went with us during the interior design process and helped us pick specific details that will help with resale in the future
