She helped us navigate searching and buying a second house in Florida while living in Maryland. We initially contacted her to get a feel about the market in the area for a "future" home purchase. Well we found a property that we couldn't pass up. Within hours of seeing the listing we had a showing and flight set up. She re-arranged her schedule to accommodate our flight in and set up some comps to look at while we were in town for the day. We saw the property and comps, put an offer in, and within hours had a contract started. She was especially helpful with negotiating with a seller who could be quite difficult at times. She stood by as our surrogate for inspections and follow ups while we were hundreds of miles away. I would recommend Jean to my friends 10 out of 10 times

I was an out-of-state seller and Jean took care of everything from getting my place professionally photographed, listed to sold in under 2 months! All without me having to set foot in Florida. Within 4 weeks, we had 24 showings, and several offers. Jean is very knowledgeable of the market; she pursued and counseled us on picking out the best and most reliable offer. Then she took care of coordinating all work that needed to be done to the property per the buyer, referred an excellent attorney, and kept us appraised all the time. Jean even cleared the garage where we had a couple of storage boxes and a washing machine - just one of example of Jean going above and beyond, which gave us complete peace of mind throughout the entire process. Great price (which offset the cost of having a Realtor) sort period of time from listing until closing (even with a hurricane delaying the closing) excellent negotiation skills to limit the amount of required repairs. A great personality and commitment to be in your corner even communicating during the Hurricane. I cant think of a better person/friend that we could have had representing us when selling our house. She even offered to help us with pick up Hurricane debris. I dont believe you can find another Real Estate Professional that would be better than Jean Pickett.

This was over two trips to the Jacksonville area from Broward County, Fl. On our last trip we sealed the deal. What a great experience! She talked and walked us through the 21st. century was of buying real estate. We're old school. Jean has great resources for inspections, etc,when home buying. With her help the closing went so smooth. She even came by the house after Hurricane Mathew and assured us the house was fine,as we were in south Florida to protect our house there.
