J-P is very knowledgeable about the area and always responded quickly to our numerous questions. He made arrangements for our home inspections and we could not have been happier with is choice. He also put us in touch with local contractors for several improvement projects we are planning. J-P was also the sellers agent on the house we purchased and at first I was a little worried about that arrangement, but he is very professional and I actually think it made the entire process easier. I was a first time buyer of property and JP answered every question imaginable from builders,surveyors,land codes to what type of heating and cooling systems are used in the area, the different types of septic systems and there pros and cons of each. I could go on and on. He is just very fact friendly and he never makes me feel like I am bothering him with my questions,even after almost 2 years of doing business with him.
