Jean Paul

San Diego has been home since 1996. I began my career in mortgage banking in 1999, where I built a strong foundation in lending, underwriting, and the financial side of real estate. That experience carried me through the market transition and banking crisis period of 2009 and still shapes the way I advise clients today.

I obtained my California real estate license in 2012 and launched The Schwarz Group as a DBA that same year. In 2019, my wife Elisabeth and I formally built The Schwarz Group together as a company. After more than 20 years of marriage, we continue to bring a shared commitment to service, relationships, and long term value in both business and life.

Through The Schwarz Group, we have represented buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, tenants, and business owners throughout California in both residential and commercial transactions. Our experience spans deals from Sacramento to San Ysidro, including residential sales, multifamily opportunities, investment acquisitions, and commercial leasing. We have completed more than 50 commercial lease transactions for a variety of uses and have represented clients in multimillion dollar condominium sales from Los Angeles to San Diego.

I believe real estate is personal. Clients deserve strong representation, clear communication, and service that reflects the importance of the decisions they are making. My goal is always to protect my clients' interests while helping them move forward with confidence and clarity.

Outside of work, my wife and I have proudly owned The Little Yoga Studio since 2018. I enjoy a good cup of coffee, traveling for music events, and building businesses rooted in community, wellness, and connection.
