ZillowVERIFIED We started looking for a new home in November, closed in December and moved in to our condo in New Albany, OH in February. Jean Lesnick was with us the whole way and was fantastic. Jean is incredibly knowledgeable about homes and communities in the area. And she knows all the important players, the lenders, home inspectors, plumbers, rug cleaners, etc. Jean guided us through the whole process., staying in constant contact with us in another state. The closing went smoothly and she still wasnt finished with her help. We had not yet moved to Ohio so she occasionally checked on the condo and had some work done for us before we arrived. We couldnt recommend Jean more highly.

My husband and I used her to find a rental in the New Albany Country Club (which is not an easy task) because we wanted to make sure we liked the area (moved from downtown) before we committed to purchasing. She found us a great place to rent, but at the last minute the owner found a buyer instead. Within a day Jean was able to find two other options that weren't even listed as rentals and got us into the perfect property. Things have a way of working out. She will without question be who we use to purchase.If you need someone in the New Albany area - Jean is without question the best choice. Not sure what attracted us to Jean, maybe the 27 years of experience, but we are glad we found her. Since this was a big cross country move for us Jean made us feel welcomed and at ease with our family's new adventure to Ohio. She spent many hours with my wife and myself introducing us to the Columbus Area and showing us different areas we could live. This included showing us the sites around Columbus that did not involve house hunting. I think this helped us narrow down the areas we wanted to focus for purchasing our new home.Since this was our second home purchase we were pretty particular on what we wanted.
