ZillowVERIFIEDHere is my 5 Star review. Jean cold called on me 15 years ago while I was tending my property. Her approach was courteous and professional. She understood right away that I had no plans to sell, but her demeanor led me to take her business card anyway. I told her if I ever decided to sell, she would be the first one Id call. Fast forward to the summer of 2022 and here I am finally ready to leave NY, so I dusted off Jeans card, and sure enough she was at my door the following morning. As we were doing a preliminary walk through of the property, Jean advised me on what last minute things I needed to take care of, but more importantly things that I didnt. She totally removed all the stress of having to sell a property that I owned for 40 years. Her suggestion of having an open house without publicly posting my address proved to be a spot-on strategy to a quick sale. My home sold in ONE DAY at 11K over the asking price.
