We knew IMMEDIATELY that Jean was a shark, and that she was the agent we wanted to work with moving forward. Jean is hands down the best in the business. She is knowledgeable, responsive, and tenacious. She is well-known, and respected in the industry and enjoyable to work with. As everyone knows, the process can be stressful: Jean talked me off a ledge at least 5 times during the purchase process, and she always made my husband and I feel like a priority. ZillowVERIFIED The only non five star was we were outside of Jean's area (location) of expertise. No one can know everything. My wife came back after their first meeting and said she couldn't be happier and knew Jean was, in only a positive way, a pit bull. Replies to email were quick and phone calls answered quickly. To this day, 4 months after the sale, she is still helping resolve issues with contractor help done by the seller. Will definitely recommend and suggest others work with Jean as well.
