ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I had the pleasure to work with J.D. on the sale of our townhome. He literally came to the table prepared with the data and comps for a decision on pricing our home. During the entire process J.D. was in constant communication with us. He is very professional and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend J.D. Drakulich to anyone who is buying or selling a property.

ZillowVERIFIED JD did an incredible job for me. I was an out of state investor, which made traveling to the property and checking up on the status of the renovation or meeting with contractors very difficult. Every time I asked JD to meet with someone at the property or check up on something for me, he would jump on it and was extremely responsive. He did a great job around the negotiation, finding a suitable buyer, hanging in there throughout the renovation and providing great customer service. I was glad I found JD, I felt like I was in really good hands throughout the entire process. For what it is worth, JD has my highest recommendation.

ZillowVERIFIED JD helped me sell my home in February 2016. It was my first time and JD explained things perfect from start to finish. From our first conversations, I knew we were on the same page. He was masterful in negotiating with our seller. He's very courteous but firm. It's really nice to have a smart realtor on your side, working hard on your behalf and doing a great job to put my family in a great position to get the best price for our home. We were working on a very tight turnaround with JD and he was able to meet with us, discuss our options and put our house on the market very quickly. Would recommend him to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED We came to town from Florida for a week to house hunt...we happen to call JD Drakulich about a house and instantly connected with this bright, smart realtor. Without even asking, he prepared a portfolio of possible home choices and began searching with us and continued to work with us long distance while we were still in Florida. Because of JD, we ended up with our dream house and new best friends. Here we are 3 years later, and still love hanging out with our realtor!! We also listed property with JD which was way too easy!! I would recommend JD and his wife Dulce to anyone...in fact, I've had them prepare a marketing analysis for a neighbor and put area info together for family members. Totally love and trust these folks!!!!
