ZillowVERIFIEDMy parents property was listed with a big name reality company in Texas. We were told there were showings, but not much feedback on the 3 showings in the 6 months the property was listed with them. I picked JC from a list of realtors I received on-line. For once in my life, I won the lottery by picking her. She was phenomenal! We listed part of the property first and once it sold, we decided to list the rest of it. Everything went so smoothly with her at the helm. I've sold several homes and had mediocre experiences with realtors. if you're trying to sell, and you want a smooth transition, you can't miss with JC. She's the best! Absolutely wonderful to work with!.

ZillowVERIFIED JC Young and her team is very unprofessional and doesn't care about client experience. I highly recommend having an attorney if you want to work with her as they play with words in contract and when asked to change as per offline discussions or ask questions on the contract they get very angry and speak rude. Their only intention is to close the deal and make commission. Her books and youtube videos just seems to be marketing gimmic because in my experience they don't follow any of those and didn't like me practicing any of those tips as well. They don't have any expertise working with investors, may be they only are capable of closing primary residence deals. I lost $2000 because of their unethical and unprofessional working model. $500 for home inspection while under contract, $500 for option fee and $1000 for appraisal, totals to $2000. This could have been saved if they truly called HOA and checked on rental restrictions when sellers disclosure was received. I found it myself when lender has done their title inspection and gave me a detailed report. JC and her team didn't even care to inform me. I was fortunate enough last month that I had time to read each and every document carefully and acted immediately on each step. JC and her team lost my trust and set an example of bad real estate agency. I learnt a lesson but costed me $2000.

I called and JC answered her phone! I was shocked. Many Realtors never called me back. From the time she was preparing our home to list to when we sold, she communicated regularly. I had lots of questions and she patiently answered. Buying our home with her was the same. Timely communication and knowledgeable. She is a busy Realtor with many clients and I always felt important and my goals mattered. I highly recommend JC and her team.

She is the most responsive realtor I have used, if she doesn't answer the phone she promptly calls back. She truly seems to have your best interest at heart on the buying side and not just looking to make a quick sale and commission.

I love my new home and due to the strong demand for housing in Van Alstyne she had to work really hard to get our offer in quickly once the offer was accepted she talked to me daily sometimes 2 to 3 times daily. If I had a question and it was out of her wheel house she would make calls and get back with the answer quickly. JC not only wants to help you purchase a home she wants you to love it and it to fit your family needs. Our purchase took 30 days start to close. She is awesome!!!!

I was looking for a Local realtor to sell my home in Anna and found JC ... after reading all the reviews, it was not a difficult decision to make....( am so Glad I made that decision !!) Called JC the same Monday morning hoping to leave a message on her voicemail ..3 rings later it was JC on line speaking to me .....and there started our conversation ...the very next morning JC was home to meet my family ...we were so impressed with her Professionalism and knowledge of the local market. She gave us all the tips to keep our home ready for the showing to the Buyers agents and prospective buyers. A Professional photographer came and took pictures of our home and our home was listed for sale on facebook and Zillow. Soon enough, had so many showings and we received multiple offers.
