I recently help client's move from California to Texas. It was a journey, but it was amazing! Making a move like this & needing a new home when you arrive, had my client's worried. They were worried that something would go wrong during the process, since they weren't physically here.
We started with 3 months of tours via Facetime/WhatsApp. Then my clients visited for 1 day of tours to finalize their choice for their next home. We picked a home and got our offer accepted hours later.
As my client's prepared to move to Texas, it was my job to ensure the transaction went smoothly. Everything went so good that we were able to close even quicker than we thought and it saved this family money on hotel stays.
A friend purchased her first home before I got licensed and had the worst experience with her agent. Each time we spoke about her home, she would cry and I would hate it. There was so much that she didn't know and she felt like the agent never took the time to explain things. So I decided to get licensed. I wanted to make sure that people felt informed and never had to cry over something that should be so meaningful.
Throughout my military career, "Attention to Detail" was drilled into my brain. It's something that I hold on to even now. My attention to detail aids me in ensure my clients get the best service!
