These were homes just outside Aiken that had been in our family for generations. My brother and I live in NC and decided it was time to let them go. First, he suggested people in the area to help with work that needed be done. This was a great help since we dont live there. While we had work done, he made multiple visits to the houses and became very familiar with them and their lots. He, also, made suggestions for improvements, that were not costly, but made the houses more appealing. Then, when it came time to list, he had both professionally photographed. The pictures were gorgeous! These were both simple homes, but the pictures showed off the charms of each. His listings were well written and expressive. The listings were so well done on these two houses, that have meant so much to my family, that I actually found them to be touching. I am very grateful that the pictures and words represented these homes so well. Jayson stayed in touch with us once they were listed. We had multiple offers and he went in detail over each and gave his considerable insights and negotiation skill. They both sold in timely fashion each for a price that we felt right. We were very pleased with Jaysons professionalism, his thoughtfulness in expending so much of his time and, also, I should add, his calm and easy manner. Being out of town, we went by these Zillow reviews, and so I hope this review helps someone else. As you can tell, we highly recommend Jayson.
