Above and beyond in every aspect! Jennifer set up and was present for every appointment, inspection and update for the house. She personally had window panes replaced that were missed in the inspection. She was very knowledgeable and patient with us as we were first time buyers and had lots of questions. She had suggestions on how to write an offer that would be more appealing to the sellers that we believe ultimately got us into our house.

Exceptional Customer Care at Sothebys:We have purchased and sold four homes in our lifetime and this last experience using Sothebys of Walla Walla was undisputedly the best experience to date. Selling a home is never easy but Jayne DiDario made it as painless and pleasant as possible. Her communication throughout the entire process was exceptional. She would answer our questions even before we asked them and always made herself available, even at odd hours of the day. This alone provided a level of assurance and comfort that we appreciated immeasurably. Jayne was always professional and courteous, and her breadth and depth of knowledge in the real estate field was clearly evident. She was respectful of our privacy and listened to our concerns about showing our home aEUR" never once did we feel that our home sale was just another transaction for her bottom-line. She took the time to address all details thoroughly (the photos for the listing were amazingly thoughtful and professional), and she repeatedly told us that we were in charge of the process and that she was there to facilitate.
