We had a great experience with Jaymes and his team at Keller Williams. The skill of a realtor and their support team comes to the forefront when the market cools, which was the case during our sale. Jaymes worked with us (this was an estate sale with multiple stakeholders) to prep the property to make it shine. Jaymes executed multiple marketing blitzes and showing days. We were kept appraised of the market weekly with Jaymes' video reviews, and had multiple strategy sessions. Jaymes' assistant Alex was great keeping in touch and responding to any questions or issues we had or that arose during the sales effort. Rachel, his transaction coordinator was easy to work with, friendly, I'm very good at her job. Closing the sale was not easy in this market, with the eventual buyer needing a lot of care and feeding. Jaymes went the extra mile to answer all their concerns and resolve all their issues once we got under contract to make sure the sale proceeded to closing.
