My husband and I work in healthcare and it was not possible for us to travel from out of state to the city during this time of Covid 19. Jayme did everything for us. She, with the help of Brian Sheevers did all of the necessary work to prepare our house for sale. I can't imagine any realtor taking on the responsibilities required to get this sale done. ZillowVERIFIED Jayme helped us buy the perfect home and was extremely knowledgeable and responsive through the entire process and even after. She was very transparent and patient in teaching us what to look for, potential problems, and risks in purchasing a home. She knew the neighborhood very well, had solid recommendations in mortgages and home inspectors and we felt like she was always on our team. As a first time homebuyer, I had heard horror stories from my friends buying homes. ZillowVERIFIED This was the second time we worked with Jayme. The first time, almost 7 years ago, Jayme served as our buyers agent. We found her to be energetic, persistent and effective at finding properties we liked, getting information, negotiating getting the deal to the table and finalizing the sale. Recently, Jayme has been serving as both our sellers and buyers agent. She's been wonderful. She knows the process, works with other agents effectively and has contacts she can reach out to throughout the real estate industry. Jayme is an excellent communicator, almost always available and she replies readily. She listened and responded to our interests and preferences. Further, when she thought we were on the wrong track she gave us concrete facts (trends, comps, etc.) to show us how we might make better decisions. Ultimately, however, she made it clear that she would follow through on our decisions. We will you Jayme again when/if we need an agent and we recommend this smart and savvy, professional woman to anyone who wants a great agent!!

ZillowVERIFIED I can't say enough good things about Jayme. We were first time home buyers, and we contacted a large local firm that effectively never took the time to meet with us. Frustrated, went into Zillow and contacted three more agents about seeing a couple properties. Within an hour, Jayme had emailed and sent me a text to schedule a time to see the properties. Over the next two months, she met with us day and night any day of the week to show us new properties. She is a five star agent and knows what she's doing. She isn't shy or hesitant to put in any offer because you never know, and she isn't shy when negotiating. She's absolutely fantastic! She found us a great property to buy, and when we sell, she'll be our listings agent without a doubt!

We met Jayme at an open house, she gave us her number and email and told us to contact her with anything we wanted to see. One thing I loved was she didn't ask us if we were working with a realtor and pressure us into signing with her- and because of this we used her for every house we wanted to see because we knew there wouldn't be any pressure. I could text her anytime of day with a house and she would have a showing ready for me. Her negotiation skills are awesome and she will get you the best price for your new home. As first time home buyers she was able to explain everything so we would understand. Her knowledge of the market was very impressive. I would recommend Jayme to anyone buying or selling a house! She is by far the BEST!!

We were in a sort of unique situation--my parents were looking to buy a multi-unit property (triplex), but my husband and I were going to be staying in one of the units (with the idea that, down the road, we may buy the property from my parents). My husband and I are the ones who live in the area, too, so we were the people seeing properties while my parents, ultimately, were the people spending the money.
