I started selling buying and selling investment propety for myself in 1995. I obtained my real estate license in 2002. I enjoy meeting new people and helping them in the house buying or selling process. I met my high school sweetheart and married her just after college a WKU. I have two boys and enjoy remodeling or working on investment property. I was appointed to be the Executrix of my Aunt's estate and I had so much to take care of and at times I felt overwhelmed by it all, all except for selling her property. Mr. Burden met me at her house and told me the things I needed to know and he went to work immediately. He had a buyer in 3 days! I was concerned that my lack of knowledge would cause problems but Mr. Burden was always a calming voice on the other end of the phone. He was professional, kind, respectful and knowledgeable. The whole process was pleasant. I'm happy that my friend recommended him. I would certainly use him again and I will definitely tell my friends about the great service I received.
